I just did the update, every time I open it, It says I need to do the update; was watching a horse show and it says “play error” and that’s it, horse show over and could t watch.

What is my FEI ID I don’t know and FEI a help desk sent me to a third party I had to sign up for which couldn’t help with out FEI ID
