Great premise but poor function

I downloaded YuleLog thinking this would be a great way to keep track of my hundreds of ornaments. However, when creating my account for the first time I entered my password and the popup said I needed to make sure it had eight letters, one number blah, blah, blah…After attempting to correct this many times I just decided to give up! Oh well, I guess I will continue to keep my inventory in the notebook I have been using for years.
Can’t get past creating a password

I experienced the same thing as another reviewer. I followed the password guidelines, but kept getting an error message with the password requirements. I removed YuleLog and downloaded it again without any success. I, too, will continue to keep track of my ornaments in a notebook.
Downloading App

It’s been trying to download list forever (at least 45 minutes.) I’ve been charged already. Don’t know who to contact for help.
