1st of all it just tells how far it is but it don’t let you find it , you have to pay to find the device . So what’s the point in n getting this when you can’t even find anything. You guys need to fix this asap cause I’ve been trying to find one of my bluetooth items and I’m sick of this

I canceled my subscription but yet you took my money off my card. I don’t even have the app download anymore. In my subscriptions it shows I canceled it but you still took my money. STOP!!!! App of no use!!!
