How to fix Ru app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ru app on iPhone
Update Ru app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ru iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ru on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ru network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ru Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ru not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ru App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ru » click [Force Stop]

Update Ru to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ru App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ru » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ru.

Fix Ru unable to contact server/ Ru internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ru » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ru » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
