This game is very bad and I do not recommend it at all for a couple of reasons. First, the game is paid to win like you can literally get the best players in the game if you spend money. Also the players are SO overpriced so you pretty much have to be rich and have a lot of money to spend or if you don’t spend money they you are pretty much guaranteed to get destroyed by the people who do spend money. My second reason is that it is versing super advanced players against beginners who are new to the game and don’t know how to play well. And finally the mechanics are just SO bad in general. I mean whenever I dash at the same time as the opponent and I have the ball it always shots up in the air but when my opponent has the ball and we dash at the same time it doesn’t go in the air and shot up like it does for me, no instead it just stays in the opponent’s hand and he dunks which makes absolutely no sense at all to me. To sum it all up that is why I personally believe that this isn’t a good game and that you should not play it because it will just make you rage which is SO annoying to me and it makes me hate it SO much.

There are too many adds, and you have to pay to get them removed. Also I find it funny how even though everyone you face is bots you still have to wait to find a match. Also you can’t continually keep on playing the game you have to wait, kinda like clash of clans. This aspect does not fit the type of gameplay in BasketballArena . I also feel like whenever you get a winning streak they purposely bump up the A.I to be stronger. I could 26-13 someone then a couple wins later go 7-17. Even some moves don’t work even though they have previously. I Know it’s A.I. 100% because whenever you shoot immediately afterwards the other play jumps up to catch it. This literally happens every time and instantly so it’s obviously A.I. I would recommend to dial down on the adds and actually match people up with real people. I know the games not that popular and that’s why we have to face A.I but I want to actually face real people it ruins the game facing bots. Long story short, just a game that looks fun at first but when you download youre bombarded with adds and not even that good of a game design. It’s so simple yet so much wrong with this game. If you do enjoy it, I assume you have a love-hate relationship with it.

So first of all, there are probably like 20 ads per min. AND YOU HAVE TO PAY to get rid of them. Like I press the play button to start the match and an add pops up. I go to the store and an add pops up and ETC... So it takes so much fun and it’s so ANNOYING! Then sometimes the game glitches, (THIS IS THE WORST). So I go into my match too play. Then the OPPOSING team, is LAGGY. So you would think, if they have lag it’s fine, NO that’s not how this game works, If the OPPOSING team has lag, they have an advantage actualy. First, they move weirdly and just score. 2. They TELEPORT 3. SOMTIMES THE GAME SAYS THIS MATCH WAS GOING THROUGH CONNECTIONS AND YOU HAVE ATOUMATICALLY LOST. Like what the heck! They were lagging so why should I lose. It even says they were the ones lagging. Another thing is, the game makes you wait to play. You have a certain amount of plays you can do. Like 20/10, but evrytime you play, it takes one of like 19/10. Once you keep going and done will all of them. It takes like 2 hours for 1 play. Like cmon now. The last reason why this game is bad is because it’s PAY TO WIN. Like when I just started I was having fun. Then like my Fourth Game EVER, Some pay to win team with OP characters comes in. THEY HAD LIKE JAMES HARDEN, And other PRO characters. How do I beat that when I just started, The matchmaking system is so messed up as well. So basically, this is why you don’t but this game.

Ok, this game is cool at first but it’s in fair and I quit the game, this game just asks for you money over and over again which lowers a start down,
First, your not going to interest anyone because your shoving things to spend money on which just makes ur game look like a thirst trap, second is I know this game is kinda old but making one update and ur you do make update that at least make them big, because nobody is going to do the same thing over and over and over again so that’s also what make your game boring so that’s another star down, first, this just shows how lazy you are to put your game together, at least make big introductions and updates, give something that the people who play this game wants, or maybe add new game modes, now another thing that I would like to mention is the people you get put up with, the problem is that before you get into the really to leagues like all star league or hall of fame league, you get put up with un fair matches that’s are un fair with you or the person playing against you, because most likely the devs made it for we’re it just picks a random opponent, it’s either gonna end in 40-20 win or a 57-18 loss, there are very fue matches that are fair like a, 39-28 loss, now that’s a small loss because your only losing by 11 instead of 20 or 30 so that downs a star, and heads up for the players who started the game, stay competitive.

This game doesn't require any skill as long as you know how to spam the dash button over and over you'll be fine, quick reminder if you double jump the game will automatically shoot for you regardless whether you're trying to pull a double move or attempting a shot it shoots on its own for you which can get really annoying very quickly, doesn't matter how many games you win you run out of power ups so quickly and never earn enough to get them back so even if your better than your opponent as long as they have power ups its an instant advantage,I've played probably 3x the amount of games without powerups than games with them, characters become impossible to level up after a few levels because characters start to cost 50k and above to level up but you only earn about 2-3k per match, game is either pay to win or you have to spend hours grinding on a mobile game daily just to have the basics the game should provide for free

This game is phenomenal. Not too many ads (a little more than I’d like, but not too crazy), It’s challenging, the graphics are great, and I love how cartoony the characters are. You can challenge people from all over the world, join tournaments, win awards (chests, coins, diamonds, character cards, etc.), and my favorite feature, you can add and play with friends! When you win character cards, you can upgrade the characters you already have and win new and more advanced ones. When selecting your characters, there is an AUTO button that gathers your best players and puts them on your team. You can also win coach contracts with benefits that upgrade your team’s performance when playing. When you run out of contracts, you have to use the common coach, which doesn’t have a extra benefits. Overall, this game is absolutely amazing! Do yourself a favor and download RIGHT. NOW. *Update* This game is so glitchy and randomly kicks me out of matches. I was playing in the tournament, and it kicked me out and counted it as a loss (even though I was winning!) I am so annoyed right now. Also, the matches are so unfair because they match you up with people who pay for way better characters that you can’t get unless you pay for. Also, the game keeps crashing and I can’t get in. If it erases my account, (with over 64,000 fans) I’ll be ticked off!

At first glance this game is actually pretty fun. However if I’m going to tell you about the bad things about this game it is extremely pay to win it’s like $100 for the best player and I always end up playing players that are way higher level than I am, which is not fair and whenever I’m at a close game, the other team always ends up, making a shot with like a half a second left to win it, which is super dumb, also sometimes when a person is about to block my shot, the game automatically make me shoot it. That way the other person gets the ball. This game is crap. It also is super annoying when someone as soon as they get the ball they just keep shooting over and over again and also whenever I get the ball after they score I start at my own basket that the person scores when when they do it, they start at half court which is not fair at all. Also when ever I am ahead by a lot the other team makes a come back,So I wouldn’t recommend getting this game. It is pretty fun but if you look at the bad things, it’s not that cool also, there’s power ups which are super annoying so I would honestly say that game is like if you look at all the good stuff about this game is like a three out of five stars but if you look at all the bad stuff at a one star review, but it was. A very dumb game and also you can pay to have your win streak back when you lose. Is super dumb because you don’t you didn’t even when your last game. However honestly don’t get this game.

The game is fun, fast paced and exciting. The game overall is very fun and if it were not for the constant attempts to take your money it would be a 5 star game. Firstly, there are ads after every game which isn’t that big of a deal until the ads break the games sound and causes future games to run slow. Secondly, when it comes to purchases, everything that can be earned after a couple of weeks playing can be bought in 10 seconds for $20-$30. And that’s not for a package of players or anything, that’s for 1 player and that’s it. Finally the pay to win becomes very bad when you try playing the game but you’re opponent uses so many items to the point where you don’t get to play the game at all. You can be a free to play player and go against someone who spend $100 on a team and sabotage abilities and no matter how good you are, being free to play dooms you. It becomes wildly unfair, and any character that’s not a common is near impossible to get without money.

There are definitely a lot of lag and matchmaking issues. I face more bots than I do people and the moment I play against a real person, they spam. I hate the double points power up because it makes the game easier and I’ve lost several times off of that power up alone. There are also massive gaps in stats because people pay to be good at a free game. There should be a cool down on the dash because people spam it so much. There also needs to be a better matchmaking system because anyone above level 19 has to go against people that are level 20-30 and that’s a massive gap in levels due to how long it takes to level up past that due to every other level before that only being able to face people that are a couple levels above you. I have fun playing this game but the moment I run into someone who dropped $200 dollars on it, the game instantly becomes annoying.

I just got the game today, and I think the game is really fun and addicting, but the matchmaking is kinda unfair. I see how it could be a good idea to go by level based matching, but some guys are just complete pay to wins and use the best characters... Would it be possible to have more of a team rating based system instead? I’m a free-to-play player, and was trying to grind matches to get the 30 win chest. I started off amazing (first 10-12 games), but then some new guys came with James Harden or somebody, and I took my first L. I really like the fact that you can buy back your win streak when you lose, but I lost 4 matches to these OP characters over time, and the price on my final one was so high... I only had 28 of the 30 wins needed. Honestly, I’m kinda triggered that I lost to some dash spamming pay to win players, and could do nothing but watch my streak disappear, as I didn’t have the 500 gems needed... I’m not really too mad at the streak being taken, but I’m mad that it was taken by these people with much better players than me... Sorry if none of this makes any sense, I’m typing kinda angrily right now. Great game tho!

This is the first review I ever write about a game in years. I downloaded the game and I really enjoyed at first. Awesome graphics, gameplay, sound effects and they give a lot of contracts to be able to play with 3 and 4 players in your team at the same time(Only at the beginning of the game). Eventually those contracts will go away (it took me a day to use them all) Then most of the time you will play with 2 players and be matched against with people with 3 or 4 players in their team. Most of the times those people have even paid for characters that are way better than yours and you won’t be able to get those players unless you pay for them. I loved the game at first. The more you win the harder matches it give and sometimes it’s even impossible to win, because even if you have the same skill as the other person, the other person has paid for better stuff. The more I played the more I got annoyed of the game. As I said before, great graphics, gameplay, sounds effects. But the matchmaking and the pay to win factor ruins everything. If you are willing to stay long on this game and have fun at the same time, be ready to spend some money...

This is a great game. But here is what is wrong. #1: maybe some replays? That would be really cool. #2 it is pay to win. If you are poor and can’t spend money I wouldn’t recommend this. 1 character is $100 like what!? This is unbelievable, the most I’ve ever spent on a game is $10 and it was worth it, I’m sure this isn’t though... #3 I got a message from someone to challenge me and I clicked on it, and looked at my inbox at guess what? Nothing. They just want you to click on BasketballArena and play. #4 Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to many ads. They have an ad several times. It gets in the way of the “play match” button sometimes and I have to reload. #5 final: Glitches...I had a 19 win streak and was winning 40-26 with a few seconds left and the other team glitched. The game suddenly ended and I lost. The other team spammed the stupid laughing emoji. Either they hacked or just poor service. Overall, great game but only 4 stars because of these reasons.

The game is one of the best mine games there are. Extremely fun game of skill and trickery .
I only really have 3 things I wish where changed. 1) whatever changes that where just made that is making you miss more 3 points should be reversed. Often times you cannot pass certain players on court and 3 point is your only option. There is ways this can get blocked if you do it wrong but now it’s just missing more (when “long shot attempt” pops up) for the energy that is burned and for these other factors whatever just made 3 pointers harder to hit should be reversed. 2)I wish super powers where more common without buying them. I get games have to have purchasable upgrades . But super powers are huge factor of the game and getting more when you get them or just getting more commonly would be nice. 3) I wish wish wiiiiisssh there was more than 1 type of game when it came to the length. 10 min games on here would be fun .

Hey, and thanks for reading my review. I love this game, and I wouldn’t change ANYTHING with the gameplay and graphics. This has become one of my top three favorite games! I like the big variety of characters and the power-ups, but after a day or two of playing, I realized something.

I had just gotten the power-up, ‘Disorient’, which makes your opponent’s forward and backward controls flip-flop, making it easier for you to get the ball. I instantly thought, ‘Huh. That’s one of the exact same power-ups from Volleyball Arena,’ another one of my top three favorite games.

I didn’t think much of it until I played a game a few minutes later. I won the game, and after it switched to the victory screen, I noticed something else. The victory dance that I had selected was the EXACT SAME as the victory dance from Volleyball Arena. Now, at this point, I just KNEW something was up. So I decided to write a review.

Now, those were just my thoughts. Once again, great game, please don’t change anything with the gameplay. You just might want to fix it so it’s not so much like Volleyball Arena. I don’t know who copied who, but someone copied. Just writing as I see it. I hope the developers see this and check it out. Respond ASAP, if you can. I’ve sat through lectures and zoom classes playing this game. I love trying to get to the top of my league, and i honestly don’t regret a dollar i spent. That being said, it’s really competitive, and there’s definitely a pay to play aspect to the game. If that’s not your thing, I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s a lot of issues with matchmaking, like playing a team worth 100s of dollars when you haven’t even spent 20. it’s honestly pretty insane how much money people are willing to pay for the game, and you’ll constantly end up playing people that make you wanna delete BasketballArena . but in my opinion, that’s what makes the game unique. I know these are mostly kids, but some people really take this game seriously to the point where I can’t even imagine balancing this game with a functioning work life or relationship. I actually guarantee you that this game has destroyed relationships. Like some of these dudes spend 600or more and play the game everyday most of the day, which makes you reflect on what corporations have turned games into. They’re no longer a relaxing activity to pass time, but an addictive, money draining bad habit that accomplishes nothing. I no longer play much, but do not get started if you just want to have fun.

So this game has a lot of pros and cons the first pro is that the game is very engaging to play when you have free time. A con is the lagging problem I do think they will fix that though! Another pro is that it has customizable characters! Not all games have that and we take that for granted most of the time. You can also customize your team! Another con is ads I see a lot of people complain about them but I have no problem with it. They don’t understand if the game is free the developers need to make money by using ads! This is why Minecraft has no ads because it isn’t free. Another con is the pay-to-win aspect I don’t find it as pay to win as other games but it definitely took inspiration from fortnite and other games like that. That wraps up this review and this game is AMAZING! No hate at all here just a honest opinion on it!

The game is so fun but I've only played for a day and I'm close to getting all the arenas and I think you need to add some more characters that are special and you can get them buy doing quests and make it where you have to get like a 50 streak win I'm not that good my best streak is 10. I've only played for a couple of hours and I almost got all of the arenas I just ask that you please add more arenas like a free arena that you can get by doing quests like a grave yard one because when I'm writing this it is October 2024. And please add some more free shooes and jurses that go with the Holladay that month that you can get by doing quest. And can you fix some of the glixes please like when your doing some thing the game just pauses. But overall this game is so fun that's why I love this game and why i give it 5 stars

I also downloaded this game to have a question if I can get any Anderson cards at level five since I’ve got this two times because once I deleted this game because I was mad and I really got so mad that I wanted to delete the game and now I got it back right on Sunday like in May or June or July and I got on my dad‘s phone and then I got it on my iPad once we left and when we got home and where we were friends on his house, it was apartments in the name is called Ever lake and it was so sick inside was so cool. There was even a resting bag. There is grass in the house even I got to see her bedroom. It was so cool. She had like a robot dog that makes a light and it’s so cool and when we got home, I downloaded basketball arena and it’s just so it’s just like the best game ever, I rate

I love this game!!! It is so fun and I love that you can steal the ball like in real basketball, and that you get different amounts of points depending on where you shoot like in real basketball. I also like that you can unlock different characters and stuff, and that you can upgrade them because adds more fun to it. One of my favorite parts also is that you can friend people and challenge them ‘cause one of my friends has it, and we have so much fun playing each other. The game is so cool! I do have one recommendation though: Could you add more girl characters????? I know that guys are typically more into basketball, but I’m a girl, and I love it. Also, I read one review saying that when you play games it’s A.I, but I literally play my friend and my brother in here so that’s so not true.

Are you like the game because you can pay to win but I don’t pay because those characters you don’t need the best characters to be good because the only thing you need to like really really win games is the super powers and skills. I play the game all the time but I don’t buy anything. The only thing I do, I watch ads may be to level up but one of the things that I really like is that when you get to a certain level with your players they actually like not only do they get stronger but they look cooler and you don’t even have to pay for the ones where their eyes start to grow but most of them you do but not all of them. I just think that this is a pretty cool game and it doesn’t have to be paid to win it can be, but it doesn’t have to be, awesome even if you did pay the characters only like four or five dollars I think it goes up to like 20 but I think this is a pretty cool game plus when I play people who are a higher level than me I have a higher win streak with me even if I lose I don’t really get mad I just keep playing or I do an ad to keep my lunch because this one time I win streak got to like 53
