As many reviews have already stated, the blackjack is absolutely ridiculous in how the dealer wins. For a free game you’d think they’d let you win a little bit more at least to get you into it enough to spend money. For anyone who’s been at a real blackjack table there are obviously always runs of course but this is so heavily weighted it’s not funny.

I thought this is better than Zynga but NO this Game will ripped you off..You spent money for Chips and you will never enjoy winnings cause it’s nothing… I like playing poker and I am good at it, I get more winnings at Zynga but this Site will never let you win so you will spent money again and again with them. I think I will stay in Zynga never play this site anymore. I regret downloading this.. Delete… Delete…

Believe the bad reviews because HardRockBlackjackCasino is so rigged that it’s downright boring and frustrating. They claim they use RNG but it’s simply not possible because the dealer wins almost every hand and it is all preprogrammed. When you win a hand it’s because they let you. The odds are absolutely nothing like playing in a casino and even there the house always has an edge but not to this extent. It’s honestly horrible. Like other reviewers I also had damage to my iPad after installing HardRockBlackjackCasino. If you google the developers you will see countless bad reviews online because they have somehow managed to get away with scamming people for several years now. The good reviews on here have to be fake because what they are saying simply is not true. I wish I had listened to the countless horrible reviews on here before getting a headache over this rigged app and yes it is rigged despite their fake RNG claims. Find another game!!!

Used to be a decent app before all the ads. Can’t play for more than 5 minutes before getting a 30 second ad. The game is not accurate of real play and gives you swings of winning a lot and constantly losing which is easy to spot. All the rewards in HardRockBlackjackCasino are full of ads and can easily make you watch 10 ads plus in 30 minutes of app usage.

Customer service is a joke. The algorithm for their tournament selector autopopulates to $100M after a loss so if you try to select a tourney right after, thinking it will be the same tournament level, it is not. Lost $100m in chips (this is the cost of their most expensive hold em tourney) reached out to customer service, was informed they can only do this once and I need to be more alert when selecting the game amount. It is a shady business plan that the algorithm works in their favor to catch unsuspecting users and forces them to purchase additional chips. Customer service is bad and unhelpful but from a business perspective if you are tricking your customers into this and then forcing them to buy chips with actual money it leads to an increase in the bottom line. Good work Hard Rock!

I’m going to say is that I’ve been playing this game for over a year I buy my coins I don’t mind losing them in a timely fashion but to lose $70 million in under 20 minutes is ridiculous because it’s not cheap to buy or acquire 70 million coins and if you buy lottery tickets, you’ll never get anywhere close to the amount they tell you you can win at the max. You will never get anywhere near it they rob you and they don’t waste any time denying giving you anything back for your complaint other than I am sorry and that’s kind of pathetic. I used to enjoy this game not so much now that I’ve realized I’ve spent hundreds of dollars again in which I don’t mind but at least I’d like to have it for longer than 20 minutes.

This is number 4 of black jack games I’ve downloaded and it’s not any better the others. Once you make it past the 4 or 5 time signing in to play it. You’ll notice the house always gets high cards and you’ll be struggling to get a push. And there’s a lot of “guest” players they get the blackjack or the dealer. I noticed that for every one bj I would get the house always got about 3. I would recommend a different app.

This game is extremely rigged my girlfriend went on a huge winning streak for days and than they caused her to lose 30 hands straight and took almost 30 billion in chips in a matter of minutes, HardRockBlackjackCasino is all about making money, and when my girlfriend changed her name in HardRockBlackjackCasino they messaged her to change her name so not only is this game rigged but they also try to censor you. Don’t waste your time downloading HardRockBlackjackCasino because you will spend money win chips and they will take it all away so you have to spend more money, this has happened to many players

I’ve been enjoying HardRockBlackjackCasino for months, but recent changes have made it frustrating to use. The addition of ads after every game or reward is a major issue. Now, I’m forced to watch an ad whenever I try to leave a game, which makes exiting take way too long. On top of that, HardRockBlackjackCasino ’s performance has suffered — it frequently freezes, and I often have to force close it.

In short: HardRockBlackjackCasino was great, but now it’s bogged down by ads and poor optimization.

Way too expensive for in app purchases. Blackjack dealers ALWAYS deal themselves one point higher than your hand. I doubt seriously that any of the other players are actually people, most likely bots. Slots only pay on the “free” sample spins your givennat first. After that, nothing. Texas poker rooms are always dominated by “all in” players that bet their entire stake every hand before their first two cards touch the table. I’ve played cards for real worldwide and this is the trailer park of the electronic gaming world.

You’ll get on a good streak and then lose it all I’ve always said it it’s rigged and specially when you buy coins you’ll lose it all after winning couple hands and they throw offers at you after losing everything and don’t get me started with the slots those are rigged as well when you start losing everything just randomly you win big but not enough to gain back whatchu lost and it just keeps repeating

HardRockBlackjackCasino developer has turned the game of Blackjack into a total joke. The outcomes are predetermined. It seems strange that whenever the dealers up card is a small card, it’s always followed by a bunch of small cars which means a dealer wins. Tables totally rigged. I don’t recommend that you buy any in app chips or respond to any of their foolish pop up videos and promotions that just don’t leave you alone. Totally rig I do not recommend this game. Move on

I used to love this game and I did win millions of dollars but I must tell you I am a professional blackjack player that can walk in with 1000 and leave with 8500 and this game will let me loose 700k and won’t let me win anything back doesn’t seem realistic I feel like if someone is good enough and are playing good cards you should give it to them but if you get 3 21s straight in a row I will almost garunteed that she will either get 21 on two or those or at least 1 and she will get atleast 20 to beat the other players that never happens in real life just saying.. but I had fun on HardRockBlackjackCasino so I will give you 2 stars but if you guys can fix that dealer getting only 20 or 21 or 19 when we play good number it’s a bit frustrating … she don’t even buss really !!! The game itself is good, and as other reviewers have noted, I can play straight through without interruption. However, when you log on, leave a table,, etc., you get bombarded with pop-ups, offering you upgrades and in-game purchases, at least two, sometimes three each time. Also, when you watch the videos to get free coins, they REALLY want you to buy the game being touted. First, you watched the video, then go to a screen where you can click to purchase. When you click the “X“ to exit the page, you get a pop-up window, giving you another opportunity to go to HardRockBlackjackCasino Store to purchase the game. After clicking “done,” you get one more opportunity to make that purchase. Click out of that page and you’re finally back to the game’s homepage. Every. Single. Time.

It’s typical black jack but verrrry dealer sided The only time you have a chance at a fair hand is during busy hours of the day. Dealer always gets black jack or gets 21 in 5 to 6 cards. It’s a joke. You hardly ever get aces but the dealer gets them all the time. You hardly ever get splits unless you split 10s.

I’ve been playing this game for awhile now and I have spent some money on it. I play very good at black jack, that saying is it true that
the game is heavy on the dealer side YES. The game will give the dealer a face card 8 out of 10 hands showing. That’s the rub,I’ve seen that it’s a even chance that it’s not 20 but it’s a good gamble it’s
11-16 . If it’s 16 he has to draw a card. Now that is the next problem. We can draw on a low hand and most of the time we bust, dealers are drawing many cards and not bust.

Do not wasted your money on this casino game. You will never win. Period. There is a person behind each table who controls the outcome of the dealer and players. If he wants you win, you will win. If he wants you to lose, you will lose for sure. You think you are safe when you get 21. Wrong. Dealer will find ways to get 21 too. This happened to me countless times. Dealer always get 20 and 21 a lot whereas we the players got busted a lot.
