I ordered a Poinsettia for Gabrielle O’Sullivan post code SK4 3DR this week and paid £26.99 which has gone out of my Account, I didn’t receive an acknowledgment from yourselves. I phoned yesterday and after holding on for half an hour finally spoke to a lady who confirmed that the order had gone through and that she would e.mail me an acknowledgment, to date I have received nothing. This is not your usual service therefore disappointing. Margaret Vose

How to fix Bunches app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bunches app on iPhone
Update Bunches app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bunches iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bunches on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bunches network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bunches Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bunches not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bunches App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bunches » click [Force Stop]

Update Bunches to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bunches App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bunches » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bunches.

Fix Bunches unable to contact server/ Bunches internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bunches » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bunches » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
