Doesn’t connect to drone, doesn’t give any error messages for debugging. Without app, drone is useless for taking photos.

Hi ive tried to get in contact a few times now I got a ex5 for my son for Christmas & after 4 flights the drone just cut out for no reason mid flight dropped & broke one of the arms
