I have the eachine E520S pro foldable drone. I downloaded 4 apps for it and none of them work. I downloaded eachine tec, eachine pro, eachine GPS, and JD drone. On all 4 apps the joysticks do not work. The joysticks are locked somehow and I can not unlock them. On the app theres a little picture at the top of the screen that says hover lock. Hi I have the eachine E520S pro foldable drone. I downloaded 3 different apps, Eachine tec, eachine pro, eachine G.P.S, and J.D. drone. On all the apps i can not unlock the joy sticks. No matter what I do they just wont work. Is there a way to unlock them? The way you unlock the joy sticks on the remote control is you push the right joy stick to the lower right 45 degrees and, push the left joy stick to the lower left 45 degrees. so I tried that on the app and it does not work. The only thing on the app that works is the camera. Nothing else works. Hi I hot a ex5 drone for my son for Christmas & it's only been used 3 or 4 times & why in flight the drone just cut out & dropped to the ground from around 10 to 15 foot high & broke one of the arms I've tried emailing on your site but not heard anything is there anything you can do with this as it surly shouldn't of just cut off like that

I just hooked up the fs-x8b receiver to my eachine x220 wizard and bound it to my flysky fs-i6 transmitter but when I tried to connect the transmitter to controll the drone through beta flight, nothing happened. Now when I try to connect my drone to beta flight and flash firmware, it flashes and then doesn’t do anything. Any suggestions on how I can connect to betaflight again?

Eachine Novice IV, Drone was connected to 6 satelites - yes I know that is the minimum - yet when it lost contact with the goggles it did not return as advertised. I know that I would have to land it on my own, but I waited around for an hour and it did not return, or 'fall from the sky'. I paid a lot of money for it and this is not acceptable

E130 helicopter first flight for three minutes then cutting out mid air with no control input crashing mashing my landing skids battery and canopy. Directional movement also very poor product poor please fix replacement for product not fit for any market please with draw this product from sale to all its issue are fixed. Thank you

i cannot find any software to fly my EACHINE EX4....tried all i found.......my mavic was easy but i have had ex4 since july 2020 and still cannot seem to find software to fly it.................very disappointed unless you can tell me exactly what, and where to load software onto my tablet so i can fly it thank you

I purchased an Eachine EX5 one month ago. Love it, but one of the batteries is defective. It will not charge. Can I obtain a replacement please.
