How to fix EFS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EFS app on iPhone
Update EFS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EFS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EFS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EFS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix EFS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent EFS app issues:

Force Stop the EFS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click EFS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update EFS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EFS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "EFS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch EFS.

Fix EFS unable to contact server/ EFS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click EFS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got EFS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EFS on android.
