Bingo Frenzy 2024, deployed on Facebook, is constantly hanging at end of match, with failure to load scoreboard and animated content freezing while in motion. Facebook refuses to address this issue, so I am coming to its creator.

I play a round and the game freezes and you have to exit to restart the game, it makes e mad and sad, its my favorite game. I thought talk to a tech and see if they can help. Thank you, RobbieL

I spend a lot of money on this site I mean a LOT, I've used my Debit card and Visa Gift Cards. I have tried 3 different Visa Gift cards and they have all been declined. Why? One even says Visa Debit Card. You don't want my money let me know. I have other games to use it on.

I paid for 2 lots of items on bingo frenzy and have asked my bank to cancel the transactions as I did not receive the items I paid for. I am so angry about this happening to me as your items are way out of control with the prices you charge and makes it harded and harder to keep playing.

So, I played yesterday and today and both times Bingo Frenzy took my tickets and would not let me play. The game was going but I just sat at the page where you buy tickets. I waited and then another game was going to start. It got to 7 seconds and then froze. So, I lost 280 tickets. Why does this keep happening. I see tickets are not refunded and least what I read as exiting the game.

unable to log in to the game, never had a problem before, it gets to the support screen of the couple of people and it opens to 80% and them kicks me out to a blank screen+
