I had downloaded the skillz blackout bingo app the deposited $10 and it said they would match me with the $10 and it then said I had $20 then I quit the game for awhile then I tried to log back in and it says there's no account with my credentials I had put in and this ain't the first time this has happened what the f-ing is going on and other people are complaining about the same thing and it just seems to me like this is just a big f-ing scam fix my damn problem please or you lose a customer and I'll spread the word online about your so called fair play games which I believe are nothing but a scam your gonna get shut down better yet really f-ing hacked like you would not believe so stop scamming innocentpeople out of their hard earned money we be warning you see what happens when we fuck up your whole operation you got going on wherever your located cause we'll find out just a thought from us black hats.

The level of straight up fraud here is just shocking. Why would any OS platform allow these apps to steal from their customer base? Condolences to those affected. Despite appearances directly engineered by the company itself, you’re far from being alone in this. Sooner or later the whistle will get blown by someone who sees the damage caused by these predators.

Good afternoon This all started because I got a new phone and couldn’t remember my username and password. So I made a new account. My account got suspended for sharing banking information. Okay fine. I responded to the message no one ever got back to me. I enjoy playing the game. I have three young boys at home is a good way to wind down after a long day. So I made another account using a different email and banking information. They once again deleted my account and accused me of cheating their algorithm? This is terrible customer service they ignored all my reply’s and just deleted all my accounts. If this can’t be resolved I would like my money back. Look forward to hearing back from someone who actually has some respect for the people spending money on the app. Not impressed!

I down loaded blackout bingo deposited money and know it will not lete login and you can't find one place to find a customer service number that actually goes to a customer service and not somebody's cell phone or an email that you can click on and actually email them I just like my money back please

I recently added this app on my iPhone and have enjoyed playing the Bingo games within the app. I just looked at my online banking account today (Sunday, October 24th) and noticed that the app has taken money out of my account. I did not authorize money to be taken out where I thought I was earning money. This app has taken out a total of $160 out of my account. I would like for the money to be accredited to my bank account where as my bank (TD Bank) is fully aware of the issue. The site is such a scam. A caught them not abiding by their “fair play “ rule numerous time. I would contact support and they would refund my fee. But the I receive an email stating I have numerous complaint and they would not be refunding me any more. When playing for watch the replays. Especially if some score is much higher. You will notice same balls not being called. Not receiving the power up. Do not play in the tournaments. Everyone is suppose to have the same card with same numbers but how does one player score 73,000 and you score 10,000. Oh no replay for tournaments.

I need my money put back on my debit card my 11 year old niece played blackout Bingo on my phone and was able to pull money off and make multiple deposits my email address you can email me back is my3needme86@redacted. I'm not sure what happened and I really don't matter I do all I know is it was able for her get in in use it multiple times.

I transferred money into the app to play for money after playing a few rounds, as soon as I transferred money into the app, it logged me out and now I can not log back in! The app says I need to make an account so when I put my email in, it says there is already an account with that email and I can’t log back in now! This happened weeks ago and I tried contacting someone about it and I have yet to hear back from them, I would like to get my money back.
