[Solved] Game frequently freezes
After updating the game 2248, it stopped scoring points and actually took me down to 2 million points
It is stuck on infinity and does not count anymore and you keep on playing with same numbers over
Game keeps crashing when I win the game and I don't get my points

I am not getting additional diamonds when I login every day. This has been going on for about a week.

Game goes to black screen after scoring a higher block and hitting 5x points. Have to close all to get back in game. Loses the points just earned; sometimes does drop lowest block. Losing too many points - looking for a new game. Wife experiences same problem with black screen in her game.
I have been playing this game for months and got to CA 3,628 and 9th on the leader board. I went to top up my diamonds by watching ads and the screen just changed back to the start. I could still see my high score in the corner - help!!! Can I get back to where I was on my game?

I have been playing for months, and in the same game for days now. I went to play and I have a purple/pink cloud on the screen and cannot open game. My score was very high and I don’t want to start over.
An ad came up and the game froze. When it came back up, it had reset and won’t let me start at my high score of 58az. How can I get my high score back? Please help!
Love your game and have played several times to ca level You have the same issue that I have reported several times I have this problem and come back because I love the game Bet there are many that stop and not come back Maybe you do not care Your issue is simple. Ads start and then even if someone loads it you can not go back to puzzle There needs to be a return to puzzle after a minute or 2 regardless I have asked 3 friends to try the game and they have all had this problem One waited a day like me but the other 2 did not
I’ve work my way up to 68ad and now the game freezes. It lets me make one play and then it freezes until I turn my phone off and start over again. The free ads also freeze after getting one free ad. I guess it’s time to find another game that doesn’t freeze, if this can’t be fixed. My game name is Soldiers of the Cross. Please tell me how to precede. Thanks.
An ad has come up and is frozen, just gone back to it after a day and it’s still on the ad. Will I lose my score I delete the app and reinstall?
