I feel like I wasted my money

I never write reviews but I’m so disappointed I have to. I thought this app would save me time getting the consistency I currently get manually in my Instagram feed. The process of using two apps takes just as long if not longer than me manually adjusting and every single preset I have tried so far makes the photo look worse not better. I wish I never got this app, it’s a huge disappointment and I really truly feel like I got ripped off. Now I understand why they don’t offer refunds.

Sorry, but this was a a terrible purchase for me. I’d ask for a refund, but I know this isn’t an option since it’s a digital download. I’ve purchased 4 sets of presets from other companies within the last 2 months and the quality of this pack was really bad. I’ve been a photographer for 15 years and I edit my photos on my own, but also with presets so I know I’m not doing anything wrong on my end. I gave it a 1 star review only because a 0 wasn’t an option. Strongly wouldn’t recommend.
No Presets!!

I have the new iPhone 12 Pro and this app doesn’t work. I’m following the directions exactly and all I’m able to do is download the PICTURE of the preset I want into Lightroom, not the actual preset. I’ve been in contact with someone from the app and they weren’t able to help me. I’ll gladly change my review if this issue gets fixed, but as of now I just wasted $25. Buyer Beware; if you have the new iPhone consider not purchasing!!!!!
