Really disappointed

I got this app, thinking that I could see what it was and then buy it later, but it wouldn’t let me see what it was until I already paid. Once I paid, I realized that it didn’t work and that I lost my money. I’m super disappointed and would really love to get my money back since the app doesn’t even work. I am unable to save the presets, it just saves the photos and I cant do anything. Please help me, it was a lot of money to lose on nothing 😭
