Search function for vet doesn’t work

I entered my zip code during my account set up and was given a list of four vets, none of which were my vet. I entered my correct vet in the search bar but the search wouldn’t run. I confirmed that my vet is in fact on the app, so they should come up when I put them in the search. Since I cannot progress further in the account set up without being able to select my vet and I found nowhere in account settings to change my zip code search area to that of my vets instead of my house I cannot finish creating my account. I can find nowhere either in the app within my limited area of access where I can contact someone for help.
