Hi my son has a new phone and has tried to open the app on his new phone to pair his AOVOpro es80 but the scooter has locked itself and is constantly beeping now. It will not power on so we can’t pair it with Bluetooth please can you help asap? He bought it from Amazon
I ordered a scooter dated 12/12/2022 but to date, I still have no news of my package which is "lost". Despite my many reminders, I have never been contacted to get the information related to my requests and I have only dealt with your automatic email answering machines that have ABSOLUTELY NOT helped me. A review from someone from aug 20 i agree i told the company about locking the scooter and the app it doesn’t work i reported this a while ago and they said we will do it but few months later i re download the app and it still doesn’t seem to lock.
