To the developers of HorseScanner We’ve been having a problem with creeps lately aka people posting their private parts me and everyone else think it’s getting really annoying and gross so it would be very very nice if you could put a block button in HorseScanner or something so we don’t have to worry about all the creeps anymore please and thank you

Firstly I would like to state that these are my personal opinions in no way, shape or form and I trying to offend anyone with my opinions

Pros:
-Nice user interface
-People can post pictures of their horses and people can comment, favorite and report the pictures
-You can access pictures in your camera role or take a picture
-It works with fake/animated horses too(only if these horses are realistic)

Cons:
-Not always accurate
-People can misuse the ability to post pictures
-The camera quality is horrible(or is it just me?)

As you can see HorseScanner could use some improvements. I’m not saying that the things wrong with HorseScanner make it bad it just needs to be worked with.

First of all... pinto is not a breed. Please take “pinto” off your potential list of breeds. Pinto is a color pattern. Not a breed.
Second, it often is quite inaccurate. I put in a full blooded paint and it came back to me with “Appaloosa”, same with a pony of the Americas. When I put in my unknown breed horse it said “Tennessee walking horse”... I don’t know what she is for sure but she is definitely not a TWH. She’s way too short and stout and flat backed to be any gaited breed, lol. Still fun tho.

Downloaded app, used it maybe twice, then it’s started glitching and quit running. I tried to reopen it multiple times with no luck. Deleted it, and then downloaded again. Still no luck. Whatever is causing this they haven’t fixed for a while because this was about a year ago. Decided to try again today and the same thing happened. Wouldn’t recommend HorseScanner unless you want to “scan” one horse and then never do it again. Waste of time.

I had to delete HorseScanner because people were sending weird pictures and it’s really upsetting because I loved HorseScanner!

I have horse dog and cat scanner app. I love getting to learn more about horses and see other peoples horses. But I scanned a few horses and I know they have the breeds wrong. They also keep changing breeds every time I scan. Wish it was a real scan. I would get it for the other things like posting or looking up different horse breeds. But it is still ok. That is all I have to say.

So I LOVE HorseScanner I use it 24/7 love it but recently it has been kicking me out 😢

I have two registered paint horses that only came up as 80-90% paint, 8-9% quarter horse, and the remaining “mixed.” Wished there was a way to input the actual breed and have HorseScanner learn from that 🤷🏼‍♀️ (besides clicking they were wrong, because they were mostly correct)

Every time I want to use it, it closes me out of HorseScanner and won’t ever let me use it. Hope it will get fixed.

So when I try posting my horse or texting on it it say to many posts please wait when I only post two a week

Easy to use and spot on!

I put in pictures of my 15hand Appy and it came back as Appy and Percheron - ha ha ha!! My Anglo-Arab came back as Mangalarga and Lusitano; my Morgan came back as Morgan and TWH. Oh and my registered OTTB came back as Brandenburger, TB and Australian Stock horse.
Fun to play with but no one should be counting on it for accuracy.

I put in my horse who I have no clue what breed he is as his mom was a rescue. It told me he was part donkey and I know that’s not right bc his mom was a short Arabian and his dad has to be a tall horse as he is quite tall.

Very inaccurate… I put it several horse that I knew the breed of and all came up inaccurate. Thoroughbred came up as a Lewitzer cross????

I have a purebred quarter horse and Welshman pony and I wanted to test it on them and it said they were both mixed which is one hundred percent a lie

It says that all of my horses that I scan are mixed breeds and their not

HorseScanner is so in accurate i do not recommend. my horse is 100% arabian says he’s 5 different breeds

HorseScanner told me an Arabian horse was a dog😳

Scanned my 14.3 H AQHA mare and it came up with Shetland pony. She’s not huge but uh..... swing and a miss 🤣🤣🤣
