Just downloaded ACR paid for the subscription and when i tried to put in my number all I get is message “unable to connect” or “server error, timed out”. Every time I try to open ACR it asked me to pay for a subscription which I’ve already done! I ask that you terminate this purchase as the Pp doesn’t work! I will also notify ACR Store that I’m disputing this charge due to ACR not working. I also tried to go to support but according to the information i received, says this website can’t be found! Simple, if your going to charge people to use ACR how about you make sure it works first! Absolutely terrible, wouldn’t recommend ACR to anyone!

ACR doesn't record phone calls. It's a scam. After purchasing a subscription and opening ACR , it opens to the same subscription purchase screen with no other screens to go to. Clicking on help opens a website that triggers the browser's fraudulent website alert. Stay away from ACR.

I’m having the same issue as MrsMcBride on March 30th. My phone number isn’t recognized and when I open ACR it will only let me “purchase it again”. Not sure how to get around this. I’ve heard great things about ACR and I’ve already paid for it, so I would love a solution.

As I followed up on my issues it does not give you any call options on my iPhone for recording nor does it give me a way to contact the company to troubleshoot this issue and I paid for a year because I used it on my droid.

ACR has withdrawn money from my account twice and it has never worked. It just keeps going back to the Subscription page

Difficult to set up. App froze multiple times after accepting my payment. Links to privacy and TOS pages broken. Now I am very suspicious.
It doesn’t work and I can’t get my money back.

It doesn’t work. I put in my phone number to set it up and got an error message which read “A server with the specified host name could not be found”. This is literally as far as I could go with it.

Will not allow me on any other screen than the subscription screen! Subscription was purchased yet it is stuck there!

I signed up for the free trial because it was automatic and said it would work on my phone but it didn’t do anything. It didn’t record phone calls and wouldn’t let me ‘make a call’.

Can’t get off the buy page. Husband has same app appearance on his Samsung and his works. I think these people stole the logo. I recommend uninstalling after cancelling the subscription. And calling iTunes to report the fraud.

Accidentally subscribed for 1 year. ACR doesn’t work on my phone anyway. Tried to contact customer service but it doesn’t go to an appropriate website. Weird.

You won’t be able to record calls. Not even do anything except of losing your money.

Someone please contact me before I report it to my card, I want a refund ACR did not work at all!

Opens up to a white screen then closes, does not work. App support goes to a search page saying not found.
