How to fix PoLive app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PoLive app on iPhone
Update PoLive app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PoLive iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PoLive on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PoLive network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PoLive Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PoLive not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PoLive App
1. On android, goto Settings » PoLive » click [Force Stop]

Update PoLive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PoLive App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PoLive » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PoLive.

Fix PoLive unable to contact server/ PoLive internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PoLive » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PoLive » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
