I have been seeing this advertised in another game I play so I decided to give it a try. It was fun the first two games (aside the ads, those made it annoying but bearable) until it stopped working. The sound would stop and I had to close SonicCatSlashtheBeats completely, it would sometimes bring the sound back and sometimes it wouldn't. But with the ads the sound worked great. If this is a way to get me to pay for the game then no thanks. I rather find something else to do with my spare time.

This has potential, I would have been ok with the ads if the game actually worked but it's not so I'm uninstalling.

The ads for every click or redo really ruin the experience, and nobody is going to pay 7.99 a week to get rid of ads. Also when playing on hard mode the game will sometimes go out of sync with the music, I don't know if this is server stress or a bug, but it kind of takes you out of the experience. Also in most rhythm games you don't fail the game by missing one note, you fail by missing a bunch of notes, but since the songs are shorter and the music less difficult it sort of makes sense, but couples with the ads it's just not an enjoyable experience. Also most of the songs need a harder more than hard, it's a good beginner rhythm game and it needs improvement.

Why Isn't There An iPad Based Version Of This Game Because It's A Good Game To Kill Time On..But, Why Should I Always Have To Zoom Into The Screen Every Time I Want To Play This Game Is Very Annoying To Say At The Least Since It Does Only Have An iPhone App Right Now And Doesn't Offer Any iPad Version Anywhere Yet And That Does Contribute To Bringing Down The Score For Me As Well As Also The Amount Of Ads Placed In During Gameplay Does Also Affect The End Experience For Me As A Player Of This Game And That Does Sometimes Even Crash SonicCatSlashtheBeats At Some Intervals Of The Game Does Also Affect My Final Score That I'm Willing To Give SonicCatSlashtheBeats At The End Of The Day

I like this game but it made me mad because we had to touch sides and it was hard and we only got one ☝🏽 TURN and that’s what makes it hard so I would really like it if you can make us able to move the cat around? Also if people like the way that the game already is can you make it when you get in the game there is two buttons so one can be the new one and the other one is the old one so people can pick with one they want to play and you can always pick the new one or the hard one! Please do this if you can but if you can’t I understand it’s just I want to at least give this five Stars!
By the way the new one for the button if you do the update the more one is were you can move the cat and the old one is the one that we play right now!

I got an add for this in a game I was playing and honestly I wasn’t expecting much outside of your typical cash grab mobile game. I was quite pleasantly surprised. It runs well, has visually appearing graphics and is extremely addicting to play. My biggest complaint is certainly the ads. Oh. My. God. The ads. I know this game needs to make a profit somehow, but the amount of ads in this game is absolutely ridiculous. Everytime you die and want to play again? Ad. Complete a song and want to start a new one? Ad. It’s absurd, really. I get it’s a free to play game but It’s sad. Yes, there’s an option to remove the ads but as part of a pricy subscription. 8 bucks a WEEK??? Animal jam, a game with far more money put into it and a much larger fan base is a dollar less for i ts subscription a MONTH

I love the game so far! I know it’s in beta so all the features aren’t going to be released, but a little more variety in skill levels would be nice for more experienced players. Maybe a few more lanes if you kick up the difficulty, or maybe more mechanics? I love the concept, but it seems too easy as of right now. It’s very cool how they make the game playable for beginners to rhythm games, but I really hope that throughout development there will be more updated added. It defiantly has the possibility to be just as popular as any other mobile rhythm game. Keep up the good work!

This is a very entertaining game, with a LOT of songs to pick from.

But, it only plays on 1 orientation on my iPad Pro 2020, which happens to be the orientation with the USB port towards my body. So, when laying in bed with the iPad propped up on my legs, it is very difficult to have wired headphones plugged in without bending the cord at the connector. Flipping the iPad around so the USB port is away from my body doesn’t work. Most apps/games allow flipping orientation, but this one doesn’t.

Also, there are WAY too many ads. Every little thing triggers an ad, and they are usually long ads. I don’t mind ads between songs, but if you are playing through a song and make a mistake, you have to sit through ads before you can recover, which breaks your rhythm. And worse, after paying to remove the ads, there are still ads!

The game itself is very nicely designed! I like the different swords/blades and character designs to choose from. My only complaint is that when you play a song you have to play it on normal to unlock the hard version. One of my hobbies is playing rhythm games so when I try new songs I typically just skip straight to hard since that’s where my skill level is. I find it boring having to play the normal slow version first...it’s fine for beginners since I was once one of them at one point, but I would like to select my own skill level please. Other than that very fun game :)

This game is amazing. It’s really fun, and I play it often when I literally have nothing to do. One thing I especially like about this game is that you don’t need specific WiFi connection to play, and there is no lag that disrupts the game.
However, there is one problem that is absolutely driving me crazy. I’m pretty sure it’s a glitch, so it can probably be solved.
So, what happens is that every time you miss a beat and you lose the round, you get an option to either restart or watch an ad to continue. I usually restart but if I’m really desperate, I watch an ad. Sometimes it goes fine and I can go back to the game, but most of the time, after I watch the ad, the music goes completely silent. I don’t know why the heck this is happening. I can’t hear anything; no music, no sound effects. And since this entire game is music-based, it’s really triggering and I often end up reloading the entire game. I really hope this gets solved, because it’s getting tiring to restart the game every time I watch an ad.
Other than that small problem, it’s a really good game. I totally recommend it to people who are a fan of music-based games.

The apps great and it has very cute graphics but the point system is weird. I thought that the higher the perfect score is the higher the points would be but that’s not the case it seems. I noticed this because I was replaying this level and I somehow got more points with a lower perfect score than one with a higher one. Personally that doesn’t make any sense. Other than that it pretty good regarding the graphics and the song choices are pretty ok. I mean I thought you would have it were you could type in a song and play it but it’s more like how Magic Piano 2 and 3 are, where you are given more songs as you level up. It’s still pretty good either way though.

This is a really fun game that’s really simple to play. Instead of having 4 or 6 lanes like your classic tapping rhythm game, you have two “lanes” and you just have to use your thumbs. The selection of songs is a bit bland and you have to pay for most songs, but I’m okay with that. The reason I give it a 4 star is because of the amount of ads. Greedy for money - yes everybody wants money but putting an ad that’s a long video (and that gets repeated again and again) gets old quickly. To get new songs without paying money- you’ve got to watch a bunch of ads. This is honestly what ruins most games. I was expecting something different and hoping for a change in this game but I came out disappointed.

I’m gonna be honest, I originally thought this game was a little sketchy. Not sure why, just gave off the feeling.
After downloading and playing for a while, I can officially say this is a highly enjoyable game. I, personally, don’t have a problem with the ads that are in this as I’ve played a lot of others that have a much more tedious amount of ads.
My only issue that happens occasionally with this is that it doesn’t register my tapping sometimes. I tap the beat, and it counts it as a miss. Also, I feel this could use a leaderboard. Just my opinion though.
Other than that, this game is great! Five stars!

I have to be honest, at first I thought that this game was going to be fun for a few days and then I’d delete it. I thought it would have bad graphics, bland music selection (like only mainstream songs), and was going to have ad after ad with no viable way to progress without paying. However, even when you don’t pay for VIP (which I don’t), it is still a very fun experience!!!
My only complaint is that many artists aren’t named and simply have “Original”. I’d like to know some of these artists (mainly the singer of Loser) and it’s kind of odd.

I honestly LOVE ❤ this game when I started and played it so many times and it is a little hard it's probably because I am little young still but what game is fun when it I SO easy so I really like this game but....... Whenever I mess up on the game I have to watch a ad and I mess up so many times I have to watch a ad. So can you please stop putting a lot of ads and I know I can skip the ads but I know that my parents WILL not pay money on any apps I download so IF YOU please let us skip ads without paying any money Please 🙏🙏.

This game is AMAZING it has two of my most favorite things in here cats and music! I love this game so so so much the first day I got it I’ve been hooked! It has all of my favorite SONGS! I love it so much thanks for making it! Oh and one more thing I would LOVE it if you could add in a way more HARDER options since we already have normal and hard or you can just make hard even HARDER or add in an EXPERT mode I would LOVE that because I always play different kinds of games like these but none of them really give me a CHALLENGE and that’s what I really a want! When I was playing sonic cat they have my favorite songs like “Despacito”, “Sold out” and “Mariá” well there are still some of my favorite songs! Anyway download SonicCatSlashtheBeats it is fun and entertaining and I know in hard mode or in endless mode is very difficult to slash some beats but don’t worry you have to buy some weapons that is useful and they have different coats and headphones for the cute little cat! My dream is coming true! ❤️💕💕👍👏🏻🤟🏻

Hai! I think sonic cat is a very fun and addictive game. It’s also kinda hard to play at first until you figure it out, and if not I can tell you how! When the cat is running, there are two circles that you tap then the shapes the cat is running by are inside, and on long shapes you hold your finger on the circles until the shape ends. It is a great game once you get the hang of it. Also, there is a very annoying glitch where your circle moves forward and causes you to miss the shape, please fix that. I do have a few song suggestions they will be listed below:
Chandelier- Sia, Counting Stars- (idk who it’s by), and Buddy Holly- Weezer.
This game in my opinion is a great game for most music and cat lovers out there. And a warning for whoever is reading this, the song feelings is extremely hard in hard mode.

• online competitions with random songs every time
• a way you can customize your cat so it can be your own (fur patterns and color, eye color, etc.)

I love this game and I love music I think this game is hard but fun and I think this game is good for people with fast fingers and like music and if your going to be mean to the creators just because it’s hard pls don’t I know that people have to work hard to make games so if your going to say this game is hard so I don’t like it don’t because I know that to make a game you need to use money and this game is fun and I don’t like people how just nitpick at small stuff it’s just if some one worked hard and missed one thing and some one said oh you missed that very small thing I would be mad and tell them it’s one thing chill so that’s why I think this game is fun thanks for reading if you did and I recommend you download this game

I’ve been trying to play music on this game bc well you know it’s “fun” but I used to think that and now I’m like what happened to this game it used to be so fun! I thought it would be one of those apps that you only play once every 2 weeks, but I played 1 song and got hooked! I just can’t stop playing! I saw it on an ad, and I thought it looked fun, but didn’t download it for a good long while, until I was really curious about it. I looked at it, saw the little cat from the front in the ad, and thought he was really cute, but I already had a lot of music games that I was really good at, so I thought it would be easy. I downloaded it, and it gave me a surprise! It gave me a good challenge! That’s why I can’t stop playing!
