Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Cavok app issues:

Force Stop the Cavok App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Cavok app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Cavok to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cavok App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Cavok app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Cavok.

Fix Cavok unable to contact server/ Cavok internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Cavok » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Cavok » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cavok on android.

You can use the GPS to see the forecast for the zone you are in, or use the search feature to find which zone you want to see the forecast.
