How to fix BlueFinder app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BlueFinder app on iPhone
Update BlueFinder app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BlueFinder iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BlueFinder on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BlueFinder network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BlueFinder Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BlueFinder not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BlueFinder App
1. On android, goto Settings » BlueFinder » click [Force Stop]

Update BlueFinder to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BlueFinder App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BlueFinder » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BlueFinder.

Fix BlueFinder unable to contact server/ BlueFinder internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BlueFinder » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BlueFinder » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
