1 year agoall my screenshots are gone! how do i get them back?

Tried using 4 times. This app makes no sense at all!
It prompts me if I wanna delete all my files after their backed up, I say yes, and proceeds to always delete all the files BEFORE BACKING UP. but not only the SCREENSHOTS as advertised, no, it goes ahead and throws EVERYTHING in the trash FROM MY ICLOUD. NOW I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO UNLOAD 30,000 VIDEOS/PHOTOS BACK ONTO MY PHONE THAT WERE IN THE CLOUD, and obviously I have no space for that, so I’ve been trying to manage my files to the best of my ability but in the process I just accidentally deleted 450 media files permanently from the trash bin. Whoops. I’ve tried over and over with this app, I really needed to make space already, but this app just messes it up more. I swear this app MAKES NO SENSE OR REASON! And I wasted $10 on this too!

Use at your own risk!
One of my favorite apps for a full year! It was so nice to be able to keep my screenshots off my camera roll. Then one day out of nowhere my screenshots all because black squares with no image available. It was a bug, affected many. I emailed support they said it was a known issue and the upgrade would fix it. It never did fix it. Support was no help. Now app is completely useless. If you do decide to use the app, have a back up plan for when it crashes or bugs out!

You will lose your screenshots
This app is trash. I imported years worth of screenshots to it and deleted off my phone and then all of a sudden something happens to the app and now i see black space and no pictures. I contacted the help center and they were clueless. Now my screenshots are gone. Don’t waste your time!!!!!
