As others have said, LincolnPropertyCompany no longer works after the most recent update it seems. A white screen with a continue button that is grayed out pops up every single time you try to open LincolnPropertyCompany but you cannot click on the button. I clicked around the screen and was eventually taken to a webpage in my Chrome browser that had a terms of use page for what I assume is the developer company. But that didn’t do anything and I still couldn’t advance pass to the blank screen in LincolnPropertyCompany . Please fix!

I do appreciate the fast turnaround for any issues in the building.

Just downloaded LincolnPropertyCompany a few days ago and noticed a bunch of messages from a building I lived at years ago. Spent a few minutes deleting them, just to have them all show back up 2 days later when I went back in. 😔

For making residents use LincolnPropertyCompany as the primary way to interact with City Place/Lincoln apartments is an insult to residents. The messaging portion is completely broken and not functioning. No scrolling, not copy/pasting, just terrible. Always feels like whenever I interact in LincolnPropertyCompany , there is a 50/50 chance the function didn’t work or won’t be sent. Please update LincolnPropertyCompany to function properly.

The latest version asks you to accept terms of use by clicking the checkbox…but get this…there is no checkbox. Heck, the link to the terms overlaps the text so you know no one tested this before releasing it. Worst QA ever. Guess no one will be able to use till they fix. Fun times.

Reservation pages are partially blanked out in dark mode. I have to switch my phone to light mode to be able to see dates and times.

K2 Properties - App malfunctioning. Please have someone check. Lincoln Properties sign keeps popping up to press ‘continue’ but you can’t actually click anything and therefore can’t see any update from the building for the apartment.

I’ve been trying to post a message on the bulletin board feature but I keeps disappearing. LincolnPropertyCompany is really buggy...

Terrible updates whatever they did to new version crashes on iphone 12

no response in middle of nowhere on my iPhone. tried 3 times without luck.

update: Finally I was able to use it after some updates in Jan 2020

LincolnPropertyCompany was good but now freezes everytime I open it.
I don’t want to delete and lose my information in it.
It would be nice if the developer addressed this issue and replied with a fix for me

So is there anyway someone can help me. I’m trying to log in to LincolnPropertyCompany and everytime I type in my phone number for the activation code my phone doesn’t get anything.

LincolnPropertyCompany is only available to benefit the apt complex. They don’t answer residents questions but they will send you 100 notifications.

I got a notification about parking, but I can’t even open it because now it’s telling me I need to purchase it

If you already do, I’m sorry for you. Our water is shut off all the time, constant construction, poor management and my quoted rent renewal was - not joking - $985.

LincolnPropertyCompany is honestly the worst. I’ve been given 1000 codes to plug in but there’s no place to put them in. Super frustrating.

App is the worst. Never successfully launches, and a complete waste of storage. Deleting after I hit submit.

First my apartment wasn’t listed and now it can’t even display a place for me to enter my code when I hit next. Terrible release
