Garbage App
For making residents use this app as the primary way to interact with City Place/Lincoln apartments is an insult to residents. The messaging portion is completely broken and not functioning. No scrolling, not copy/pasting, just terrible. Always feels like whenever I interact in the app, there is a 50/50 chance the function didn’t work or won’t be sent. Please update the app to function properly.

Latest version you can’t even use
The latest version asks you to accept terms of use by clicking the checkbox…but get this…there is no checkbox. Heck, the link to the terms overlaps the text so you know no one tested this before releasing it. Worst QA ever. Guess no one will be able to use till they fix. Fun times.
