The developer has disappeared - APP DEFECTIVE

This was a great app, we used it in both of our stores to collect client’s information - after it was completed, it was sending automatically an email to our store’s email address.
Then it stopped sending those emails, and for nearly 2 months, I have sent emails to their support email + support function + an email I found for the developper : Wander Bit LLC.
0 answer - so I assume the developer has disappeared but the monthly subscription is still being processed…

I would gladly change my review to a 5 star if they simply add search functionality to the responses. All responses are stored by date. The only way to find a response is to manually scroll. So what is you have several thousands forms filled out and need to find a particular one? This is terrible design. How about customer name search? Seems obvious

Yes, you can simply make a sign in sheet, but that’s as far as this app goes. It is very underdeveloped. I made an account on my iPhone and I went to login on my iPad. I would have to make a whole new account. It also does not send out the data from sign in sheet to your email.
