Horrible use experience

Unlike most other hockey apps when you look at player stats for a game there are no links on the player names to bring up additional data. There used to be, but not any more. With the latest update, when you look at scores, you can’t click on a game to bring up the box score. This is such a basic feature and it hasn’t worked for two weeks now. Every year the league tells us they’ve improved the app to give us a better user experience but somehow regress and make it worse.
No longer get box scores

You can no longer click on the score of a game and have the box score and details come up. It is frustrating not to be able to get details of the games. You have to go to eat team’s website. Total waste. Also, when you click on scores, it doesn’t go to the correct date. Just as frustrating is the fact in the score section you can only see 3 days worth. You can’t go back to check a score from a week ago. Also the delay in updating the scores is growing!!!!
Beyond aweful wasted money and given the run around

Purchased the season and playoffs pass, was able to watch 1 game before the app started having issues. I contacted customer service, and they suggested refreshing, clearing, deleting and re downloading the app. Didn’t work. I then gave up on it until the memorial cup started.
Same issue. Same suggestions. Now customer service tells me to just redownload it. Which doesn’t solve the issue. I deleted my account and customer service said they can’t refund it now that there’s no account.
So I re re redownloaded it expecting a refund. Instead they announced the generous offer of adding my subscriptions. Literally 2nd period of the final game.
It’s all bots in customer service. Do not support this aweful coloany.
