How to fix ARKitchen app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ARKitchen app on iPhone
Update ARKitchen app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ARKitchen iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ARKitchen on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ARKitchen network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ARKitchen Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ARKitchen not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ARKitchen App
1. On android, goto Settings » ARKitchen » click [Force Stop]

Update ARKitchen to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ARKitchen App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ARKitchen » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ARKitchen.

Fix ARKitchen unable to contact server/ ARKitchen internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ARKitchen » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ARKitchen » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ARKitchen
