Misleading on payments

You do have to pay them. Whether it’s a true “subscription” or not. App is unusable if you don’t pay. Interestingly enough, it was unclear if you paid Apple or them. Refused to give them my money. Misleading and frustrating.

Useless

App doesn’t work from the very start! When I give them my number at the very beginning, I *never* get the confirmation code, so Breeze won’t let me move forward from there. There’s nothing wrong with my phone, so there’s definitely a bug on their end.

Never received the code to activate after I gave my phone number…

I get a this app Instagram advert all the time, but the actual app won’t even sent me an verification text to work- Breeze itself is useless (customer service acknowledged this has been ongoing a month)

I saw a nice advertisement and downloaded Breeze . I’m unable to get a verification code by phone — feels like Twilio is broken or something. Waste of time if they can’t even help me create an account.

Fix glitch in verification code

Interesting concept; very flawed execution. I have been using Breeze for 35 days to see if it would be a better app than the rest. The idea of just matching and then going for an actual date in a safe environment, with varying protocols, sounds intriguing and on paper, should work, but in design, the concept falls apart faster than a man can blink. First of all, all the matches that I have made have had to be cancelled to varying absurd reasons. One lady completely ghosted all the way to the actual day of the date, and while I got my token reimbursed, a whole evening was wasted. I was given no explanation for the ghosting, which, for an app such as this, the developers should make mandatory. Others have cancelled, ranging from permanently leaving the country to getting engaged. This feels like a bit than anything else. Secondly, for the choice of "Drinks at the Bar", you are not given a selection of bars to choose from, given your geographical profile, but rather the city you live in. In the one date that was booked, the bar in question was on the other side a the city, taking me potentially two hours to get there. The logic does not make sense. Overall, the app needs a serious overhaul to improve the much-needed quality of life improvements needed to take it seriously.
