I would often see advertisements for the game on different apps and the advertisement videos are not even close to how the gameplay goes. I tried playing it anyways because I like myself some cultivation manhua. It takes so long to make any progress while playing the game, where I could literally go days or even weeks without breaking through to the next level. I believe this to be so in order to encourage people to buy to play in order to make any actual progress. It’s also very rare to get/earn any spirit jade as well, where they encourage you to buy some in order to get certain things from the shop.

Speaking of the shop, the higher grade pills that you need in order to break through are made more and more scarce. They charge spirit jade to get them, even though you could go close to a week without even obtaining one jade. They also have it to where the success rate of breaking through without pills decreases every time you break through to a new realm.

The advertisement is largely false advertisement and there’s literally no way to report it for being so. They use pictures and whatnot from popular webcomic like Solo Leveling, which have nothing to do with the game at all. It’s very frustrating. I also highly doubt that there’s so little one star reviews for this game either.

It’s pay to win, I mean they do provide a avenue for success without paying but in all honesty it’s not realistic whatsoever I mean come on you need one hundred of each material type to get a rank 3 cauldron and furnace. Making a breakthrough is pointless cause it only in rewards your life essence by one. Also the further into cultivation you get the more you need pills. This is where your forced to pay oily chase the chances of being able to produce the amount of pills you need to keep up with your character are quite low. I mean you need fourteen ensoulment pills to get to 100% success rate for a breakthrough. Also if you are anything below 100% the chances of breaking through are quite low if even possible. The alliance I made is falling behind in the ranks we were ranked 7th now we are 10th why are we falling behind chase my members aren’t willing to devote their spirit jades to gaining alliance XP. Which by the way the benefits provided through the alliance are pointless cause they aren’t there. Also to do anything for your alliance is unrealistic cause as the leader I personally need to acquire a bunch of resources I could use for myself just to do any of the available events the alliance provides.

This is very good game that I would definitely recommend to all who likes the genre of Taoism. This game provides the gamer with a fun experience, and even if you don’t like Taoism I’d still recommend the game to you as it is a good way to past time and offers a competitive but fun atmosphere. I started this game 5 days ago and have been hooked since, but one thing I’ve noticed is the micro transactions in the game are a little excessive. And the rates are ridiculously high, obtaining spirit jade is nearly impossible for me currently. I don’t if this will change later on, but if you spend money on the game you would definitely rise to the top in no time. Normally I won’t play pay to win games, but this game doesn’t give me that vibe. But i feel like the game needs to lower the prices of spirit jade or add more spirit jade on the bundles, because the price is not really worth it. And it’s very difficult to play the game without not spending money. But all in all this is a great game that I’d recommend.

This game is like a dream come through to me. As I spend most of my free time reading online novels lien novel full, boxnovel, wuxiaworld, etc on Taoist . Which I got very interest into. So when I saw this game I decided to start it off. Although the game I kind of slow and require patience just like a cultivator gathering Qi to make break though the the next level I still like and got into. There are something’s that I find confusing about the game but I figure them out or will figure them out later as I progress into the game. Right now my goal in the game is to get a beast egg without spending any money on the game as I am not in a position financially where I can invest money in games but I will try my best to go as far as I can in this game. Thanks for developing this game and I hope that there is more improvement and event to the games as it progresses over time and both me and the game improve.

It’s definitely a great game without a doubt however at a certain point it obviously becomes more pay to win than anything because once you hit ensoulment you can no longer use spirit stones to buy your pills. It’s becomes more pay to win unless you use all of the time you have to slowly level up your alchemy to level 3 to make the pills and I have been waiting for 4 days just to hit level 3. At this point of not being able to proceed in my adventures or cultivation I’m starting to think I should just delete it. The body refinement only boosts you so much, that you still can’t continue to attack anything. So unless you wanna blow your money on spirt jade or on some $14 micro transaction you may as well find a different game. AFK arena is as pay to win but this game is more fun.

I spent so much time trying to create my character and upgrade to the path I wanted but they implemented a ridiculous path of ascension by immortal beast that keeps popping up no matter how many time I deny it and the one time I accidentally accept it I try to contact the support line and they tell nothing can be done I spent money and time in this game for no reason trying to ascend by physical body all thrown out the window because this game can’t take a hint when I don’t want to ascend by immortal beast it absolutely baffles me that there is no support line capable of helping my situation when it was caused by the developers idea to constantly berate the player with this nonsensical path of ascension if I wanted to ascend that way I would have done it within the 1st 20times it asked but because I accidentally pressed the wrong button and tried to go back to what I was actually trying to click on I have just wasted months of effort so no I do not recommend this ridiculous game with absolutely no courtesy for the players who support it

This game is actually much more addicting than I initially expected. It does get slow after playing for a while, but it still makes me come back everyday. It does have some minor flaws that don’t really affect gameplay, but it would be nice if they could fix some them in future updates. Some mistranslation here and there and the chat censors words that are not even remotely curses (i.e. the word “apples” is turned into “a***les”). Also the text for the description of some items and other things laps onto other text in the same item description. Besides those, I haven’t really found any major issues with the game and these aren’t even that bad. It’s safe to say that if there are any bugs in this game, they aren’t bad enough to interrupt your game.

Overall, great game, few issues, very fun and addictive. Would definitely recommend 👍

Click everything. There is little guidance in how everything in the game works so it takes a little time to figure how to do everything, the discord channel helps a lot, but a basic tutorial in game would have saved me a lot of time. The fighting in the game is just two black silhouettes where the enemy silhouettes are very limited and often not an image of what you’re actually fighting, irritating to me but decent nonetheless. I’m f2p so my gameplay is slow going, but I can still get spirit jades through ads so as long as you take a little time and luck you can still buy some things to improve your character. If you do plan to spend money, $30 on becoming a Censor might be a good bet for auto completing things.

The game is great and I’ve been playing for awhile leveling up while watching ads to get spirit jades since I can’t get it through any other means other than paying for it. But after awhile the ads started to glitch once in awhile, the ads wouldn’t play sometimes and at times even if it did it wouldn’t give me the reward!! Now it won’t even give me awards at all(I’ve played at least 10 ads today and even redownloaded the game but I haven’t gotten a single item that was supposed to be given to me for playing the ads) !! The event is also lagging for me, It shows that I already got some of the rewards for finishing a task but would not let me collect the reward!! Rn it’s stuck and says collected even tho I haven’t even the task today yet but because of this even if I complete it, it won’t give me the items.

Honestly idk what I was expecting, but a game about cultivation where you can (so far) get everything you need on f2p but speed it up on p2p (just like a lazy grandchild of an immortal) and just slowly watch as you go from getting stomped by 1 group, to stomping them after 1 core upgrade is amazing. If I had to change something it would be during tribulations, give a more or less arrow option for the medicinal pills so I don’t need to use 8-20 at a time when I don’t feel that 100% success is needed. Anyways, if you just want a game you can idle away, this one (after getting started) only needs 5-10 minutes of attention per day for a slow and steady rate, or upwards of 3-4 hours if you wanna go as fast as possible

I love Taoists it’s fun and amazing but it just feel like it’s pay to win really. After u reach ensoulment realm u have to basically pay for the with spirit jade which is extremely hard to come by. You can no longer use spirit stones to buy the thing u need to level up. It’s takes literally hundreds of years to get your alchemy lvl up so u can make them yourself but even after u can make them you need a ton of herbs just to make them. So idk if the developers should like lower how many herbs you need to make pills or if they should change instead of needing spirit jades to buy the pills wait until you become an immortal to make you buy the pills with the jades.

This is basically a tap game. It very poorly links a bunch of other game types together, but doesn't really have any sort of game function. You wait to upgrade aspects of your character that allow you to wait longer to upgrade your character. It costs $2 (or 12 ads) to unlock the ability to look at your stats.

There are dungeons that you can “explore,” consisting of a single square room with a few monsters and resources to engage with. Monsters, you can choose to attack or retreat from. Resources get picked up. You have no control over combat, though it does awkwardly play out if you want to watch a bunch of misses and as many as a half dozen hits before you or your enemy are defeated.

All of this would be okay if there were at least some lore to read. But no, that would cut into the time needed to watch ads.

There are maybe fifty different ways that this game could have been awesome and a thousand ways that it could at least be not terrible. Instead, we got a tap game with ads and just enough Taoist flavor to feel culturally insensitive. Crappy ‘80s action parodies are more informative and respectful of their source material.

I wanted to like this game. There just isn't enough game to like.

If you ever wanted a mobile game thats following the Taoist chinese Mythology then This game is the goat! Low key addicted to this. It has items and idea thats similar to the mangas and webtoons that resolves around Taoism themed Martial arts mangas/webtoons like “The Strongest A.N.T.I Meta” “MookHyang - Dark Lady” “Banished Disciple’s Counterattack” etc. Theres Factions that helps each other make a Breakthrough (Leveling up) and having a good and bad side where you can go Megamind or a whole Joker.

Its a fun Patient game where you act as a Mortal planning turn into a Immortal by going through series of Tribulations. (No action fights. so people who wants to shooty bang bang or left right uppercut then this games not yours, but do try 🔫)

Before I downloaded ImmortalTaoistsidleGames I read both the five star reviews and one star reviews. Even though it was quite critical I thought I’d give it a chance and I don’t regret.
The thing people don’t seem to get is that this isn’t an instant pleasure game, it takes time. The further you go the harder it gets.
On another point, money. People said when I get to a certain point you need to pay money to get passed stuff, you DONT. You can get passes stuff without money just fine, all that will happen is that it will take more time then with money.
Have these people not read immortal manga? Money gives resources, which allows to breakthrough faster. No money, litter resource, longer time. It makes sense.

The only reason it doesn’t get a five star is that when you get to a certain point there isn’t much to do besides repetitive adventure or beast sealing. Wish there was some mini games, travel mortal cities, and maybe hunting evil or good people as missions for the sect.

******UPDATE: five star, they have more I just had to get further in the game for more mini game stuff.

To start with, the game itself was always fun to play, but when I started, there were fundamental app issues. The part that skips tribulation animation broke the game, the in app music couldn’t be turned off even when the music box was unchecked, etc. In less than a month of leaving a review critiquing these points, they were all fixed. This made me feel like the devs really listen to the community and improves/adjusts as needed. I think that is a key factor in whether a game should be played or not; and I now know that ImmortalTaoistsidleGames is worth my time. Go ahead and give it a chance 😁

Love the game. Love the graphics, love the system. Only thing that keeps the game from being a five star is the fact that you have to pay for spirit jades. After reaching the last level of nascent realm, which takes about five weeks, ensoulment pills are needed to advance. Thing is, those ensoulment pills cost spirit jades. And a lot of those pills are needed.
Spirit jades are very difficult to get if you don’t pay. Rarely do they pass out spirit jades. Basically the only way to raise your tribulation advance percentage is to couple with your fated ones. So far, I’ve only gotten two fated ones that contribute to that. One has a half-half chance of only adding 2%, while the other one adds 4% but you’d have to wait for 300 years.

Honestly, I wasn’t completely sure whether I would like this game just for the reason that it’s an idle game but it’s actually pretty addicting. The interface is a bit confusing and if you don’t have a higher level player teaching you stuff it can be pretty difficult. Although I’m pretty sure a lot players read WuXia novels so it wouldn’t be any problem for them. It’s also pretty f2p friendly it doesn’t have paying options but that’s only if you’re lazy to do stuff by yourself. The only downside to this game would pretty much be the interface, like navigating around ImmortalTaoistsidleGames . I’m now used to it but I did have a lot of difficulties at first

1. This is the best idle game I’ve found so far, the diversity of stuff to do during the idle part is almost to much.
2. The exploring aspect is amazing it is just simple enough that it draws you in, and the treasure map stuff helps spice up the repetitive nature of the maps to get you focused on that point of the map.

3. The only bit I got to say is a lot of easy to watch ads for extra materials and stuff it’s so easy to get drawn in, to just get the extra stuff, so this was fantastically designed.

4. But the realm achievement list I found it after a bit of rigorous exploration of ImmortalTaoistsidleGames
So a little guidance in the beginning and a clickable section to help with basics on the front bar would be a great addition, I am still looking at ImmortalTaoistsidleGames so I might have missed something but I doubt it.

Anyway love ImmortalTaoistsidleGames , love the cultivation aspect, but the ads I’ve seen for ImmortalTaoistsidleGames since downloading, just seem like videos are made and edited and just don’t show ImmortalTaoistsidleGames as much.

This game has been really fun but the problem comes down to the ads. I don’t mind the ads in fact I want to ads to work because its one way for you to earn the resources you need in this game. However, the ads just stopped working, it wont play or it will play and you won’t get the reward. This slows down the resources I need to level up in this game so currently I’m plateauing in the game and it’s not fun anymore. I would love for this glitch to be fixed because it’s very annoying.

The game starts with good graphics, words/texts are easy to read for events, alchemy, Blacksmiths. With every updates, the texts aren’t readable. You are too lazy to fix them and it’s been going on for weeks to a month!

It’s very fun how to see how you organize all paths to ascend to Heaven in “Gate of Heaven”.
With the new update, you have added “ride the beast” to ascend to Heaven. It’s cool! However, your laziness to add this function to Gate of Heaven destroys my “fun way to play”. My fun way to play is using “flesh ascending”!
You have added the beast to background, simply click on it and we are ascending!
I know you have add “Heaven” in background. If you added the beast in “Heaven” background or in Gate of Heaven, I will have no complaints. However you added the beast in Earth background, so I thought it is the same way as ascending my girl in coupling and it will not affect my character and stay not ascended!
I do pay to play because I appreciate your work in giving me joy in this game! However we part way here now that I do not wish to restart over!

The game has a nice graphic design, and has many amazing options! The game has also fantastic art and an awesome gameplay! This is an amazing game for people who like farming games, magical games, and supernatural religious games! I like the feature how in order to rank up at Ensoulment+, you need to do challenges, trade with Sect’s Chiefs and much more awesome features! This is a perfect game for me, as I like magical and supernatural game, but this game is above the amount of awesomeness I have ever witnessed!

There may be bugs such as when trying to use a SS Pack (10K SS, 5K SS, ETC.) it may say “Insufficient Items”, which I find really annoying, but that bug being there, there is still many other things to do such as battling, competing, robbing, cultivating, and getting sutras! Things such as getting blessings from stronger and higher ascended immortals is also included. So I highly suggest this game, and hope it will become a even more popular game than it is at this state.
