I’m very disappointed in BlockPuzzle3D. I paid to have no ads, but they pop up constantly. It takes the fun out of it for me.

I think this game app is amusing and works well. My main issue is that there are interruptions where you have to watch ads to continue. Toward the beginning they offered for me to pay for no ads. I did, and it says no ads, but I’m still forced to watch many ads as I play. I’m not sure how it is different from if I had not paid.

This was a fun way to pass the time but overnight something has happened. Suddenly the game stalls out. You can’t play out the options or click no thank you to restart. The moment a “bomb” shows up, you have to close BlockPuzzle3D and reopen it to start over.
FIX THE GLITCH!! The constant stall and freeze up causing you to have close BlockPuzzle3D completely and lose your score is so frustrating! And get rid of that Jackpot ad. There’s no coming back from that one.

Nice game. Love the bright colors! The ads are too frequent; not enough time between them. I would happily pay for BlockPuzzle3D if you ad a rotate function because I’ll have no more ads and the game will be perfect!

The music is soothing and it’s a nice game to play when your are kicked back and relaxing. The issues it has are the ads won’t let you click to watch and remove pieces and when you lose the game pauses and will not let you restart. You have to close BlockPuzzle3D and open it back up again.

Relaxing game to play when you have a few minutes to spare; however, you still have to watch ads for pieces even though I paid for the ad free game. BlockPuzzle3D also randomly freezes in the middle of the ad. It’s fixed by completely closing out the screen and opening it back up.

This game is a rip off. It freezes constantly and kicks you out for no apparent reason. I spent $3.19 through the in-app purchase to get rid of annoying ads and it did not work. The adds are still there. I complained to Apple and they refused to refund my money. I guess the quality check people at Apple are allowing anyone to develop apps these days.

I paid for a subscription to get rid of the ads. But the continue to plague me still. Very disappointed.

I love how slanted a puzzle game to just call it 3D very clever! But it doesn’t let me go on with my game there were plenty of moves left and it ended the game like that I like to stack the blocks up and really get a good score but this game doesn’t let me do that maybe it’s too slanted!

His shapes do not turn so he gets a little boring and they don’t drop. Otherwise it’s doable.

When you pay thinking that you are removing the ads. It only removes some of the ads you’re still going to get an ad about every two minutes. The ad stops the game please the ad leaves the ad on the screen for about 30 seconds before you can step out of the add back to your game.

Game is pretty simple and fun. I usually play when I have a few mins to waste.

The reward will sometimes not happen. Restart and it’s all fine.

Ads are a serious game interruption and none of the links work properly. Link issues also kill the sound. Have to exit and go back in which sometimes starts from the beginning with an empty board.

Is there a way to get rid of ads?

I too paid to have no ads, and I don’t notice any difference whatsoever in the amount of ads I’m “required” to watch to continue playing. The game is fun but not worth the ads or the scam. Guess I’ll find a new game 🤷‍♀️

Update: Box Puzzle by XQSoft is better so far

I love to play this game as it is so relaxing. However it freezes up all the time, during a game and at the end of the game. The only way to play is to close it out and then you lose your score. If this didn’t happen I would give it 5 stars 😡

I think you should at least give us some hints because now I am really mad. And then I just don’t know where to put the box so I am going to delete this and I am I really hope you get this and write back thank you goodbye. Oh I always forget yes this is called a horrible game because it is getting better..

STOLE MY MONEY-false advertising! Loved this game so much that I paid for no ads. There are ads all of the time and I cannot just skip over them(restart my phone just in case) Very very very upset. Will be finding another game to download. AND THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE DEVELOPER!

I enjoy playing this game BUT..... I paid $2.99 for no ads and still get them which is so annoying! After every single game an ad pops up. I have tried to “restore” it on BlockPuzzle3D and same issue. Every single time 😠

Makes me not happy that I paid for no ads and they still play and interrupt the game

It’s a nice game and keeps you occupied but I wish it had the option of being able to go back one step!

The game froze after I couldn’t make any more moves. I had to delete BlockPuzzle3D and reinstall it. Besides that I love the game.
