I wanna delete my account I not using you guys and I'm not interested to use roll and I try to call to contact roll but no answer and evry month I get charged I wanna cancel everything I not wanna get charged and I want back my money what you charged and not use the service I gonna dispute the charges and report as thief if is not getting cancel today really bad service you guys have

I am a S-Corp, and I tried using Roll to pay a salary to myself, the only employee. They told me I had to wire funds to them to cover the first payroll, and after I did, the customer service chat agents, which is the only way to get any help, wouldn’t verify the wire and told me the payroll was processed, even though it has never appeared in my account. All of my customer service interactions have been terrible, and I’m trying to track down the $15,000 they took from me. Do not recommend using this app.

We spent lot of time setting up everything and submitted all the requested documentation but after so many days they suddenly inactivated my account and said they dont want to offer services to me.. no reason given, its ridiculous.. if they need more info they should ask for it.. denying with no reason does not make sense.. using gusto now.. though its priced more its very user friendly and good customer service..

It says it’s easy to set up. It’s not. Very difficult and takes forever. I never even got it set up. Validation of information takes forever too. I’ve used other companies and they set up everything with little info needed. And it takes a day or 2. Not worth the time.
