This system never allows me to sign in. GoFan will not accept my sign in and the website always shows an error.

Why would I pay a “convenience fee” for the inconvenience of GoFan. Any school event that doesn’t accept cash should just be free as opposed to forcing folks to use this trash.

I purchased 6 tickets October 20th but didn't receive the tickets or confirmation email. The tickets i bought are for Jonesboro Cardinals against Forest Park High School this Friday.
