PCH+ Status

The stops do not go flat and the road doesn't continue. It goes back to the main scree In the past 4 have uninstalled. And then reinstalled

How do I unlock the last PCH+ game level. I complete it but it is still locked.

My pch+ app keeps sending me error messages : Please check your network connection and try again. I have done all the other troubleshooting suggestions and nothing fixed the problem

I have a problem, anything I try to do I continuosly shows it loading with the balloons and rectangle that says loading. The only way to clear this is to exit then restart the app. help cause I don't know why this is happening? Later.

when playing games, tokens do not add up. for the last week or two, every time I try to spend tokens, my password will not take, have had it done at one point 6 times in a row. getting to where it's not worth the effort. by time points are added up, some items gone. been having the so called "tech-problems" for WAY to many weeks now.

I have played many games on pch+ and supposedly earned beaucoup rewards. But they didn't register on my rewards!

When l load any pch app it jams my phone and the phone cannot be used until l power down and restart

tokens are not registering when I play the games for tokens, it is frustrating. I have been a customer since 1957 prior to getting a computer, spent so much money on things I do not need in hopes of winning...also frustrating

I have a problem with the PCH+ App when I try to play a green box appears around the privacy policy an as I try to play the game the green box moves till It goes to the policy page. Can you please help

Every time I try to complete a series of games, such as scratch offs to get to Danielle's token surprise, games get halfway through and get "stuck." I see to play these and other games with ease and pretty quickly. Today and other days, I have spent 2 hours just trying to bump the site and finish a package of only five. Please help. I've tried all the ideas you post on YouTube. Nothing has worked. I WANNA WIN, IM HUNGRY!

Green box around privacy button. Can’t click on game Can’t play in days

I uninstalled & reinstalled my PCH+ APP, then followed all the instructions now it's running very slow, how can I fix this? Or can you please correct this situation. Thank you

I uninstalled & reinstalled my PCH+ APP then I signed back in again, my email was also updated earlier I'm playing on the same Android N100 phone and it's making me start out as if I never played before. This is the second time this has happened. Originally I was at top of the leaderboard then worked my way up and now it want me to start again as if I am a new player. Help

Downloaded PCH+ on my IPhone and now I am locked out. The games are frozen. I have done everything the Apple Support Team told me to do but still can’t play🤷‍♀️

I have finished an envelope game like bowling and wait 1-2 minutes through the ADs for the Bonus points But don’t get the points.

Every time l play the game it freezes just like everybody on here are also saying! Then to get off of the site l have to reboot my phone every time! I wish you would discontinue this game since so many of us cant play! And yes l have ckeaned cookies & the cache. Linda Woods

Pch app check wiffiand it freezes can't play

I can no longer play Winnerville on PCH+. The game shows the screen but doesn’t recognize an input . I have turned off pop up blockers, shut iPad all the way off , changed default browser , and changed to Edge . Still can’t get game to recognize input . Just keeps saying to double click privacy off. Tried to sign out of game Now have to double click or 5 or 6 clicks to register a letter. Entered my password. And couldn’t get game to let me sign in . It worked one day and not the next . No updates HELP Cynthia Arnold

Most of the time when playing PCH games the screen freezes privacy box is high lighted and can’t make anything move the game seems to work but doesn’t recognize the input ? Keep getting notices that I’m loosing coins and tickets
