I was charged unfairly today for extra time on my ride to Toronto gen hospital. Your App when I ordered had correct drop off at Elizabeth street entrance But driver had a different location. This is NOT my fault. I had this happen yesterday as well. My info when I order is correct - driver’s incorrect drop off. Also very hard to explain issue as both drivers today and yesterday don’t really speak English. Please take the charge off my account as this is an App issue - not me. Thank you
