Whenever I go to scan the ball it just pops up with a white screen. Then I close WilsonLive and every time I go to scan again WilsonLive crashes

WilsonLive is really glitchy and doesn’t display anything. You can scan a ball and then WilsonLive just dies. The feed and menu are empty

When I scan my ball, it says it scans but only loads for a long time. WilsonLive just keeps pausing and says I haven’t scanned anything

Every time it says it sent a code it never shows up

I’ve really enjoyed WilsonLive. It’s super easy to use and kept me engaged throughout the nfl season. The prizes are great and you actually have a good chance of winning them unlike a lot of other apps from other companies. The people that you interact with are great as well and friendly.

Very responsive and interactive !!! We have the 100 Football and love playing with it and seeing the content from pros. Wish there was more from other players, we enjoyed checking in every week

I did not start enjoying WilsonLive until late in the season. Easy to use and a chance to win a lot of cool items.

I sent a Wilson Live enabled football to my son in Australia but he said it won't work. Is it exclusive for the US only???

I downloaded the app in order to scan a signed football with the tag. When I hold the phone over the tag, nothing happens. I am following the instructions, but not sure what's going on. The apps FAQs say "coming soon" and my news feed is blank. Is this an issue for everyone?
