I like all that this app has to offer, but as a person that has done development before, I’m sad with just a few aspects of execution. The largest one is that the chat function isn’t built in. The app essentially opens a browser then when you click the back button you get logged out. Sadly the Google login function doesn’t work so you have to type in all of your information. I’ve accidentally clicked the back button 3 times… I’m over it and I’m a paid customer. I guess I don’t understand why this wouldn’t be executed in app.

The general idea of what the app should be able to do is great. If the few bugs that I’ve run into can be fixed this app would be a time and lifesaver. Unfortunately, the support team has not gotten back to me on the Customer Support messaging, so I’m not sure if I will upgrade from the monthly to the annual. I hope they do though, because I spent several hours putting in all my plants info and lineage.
Update: I am not able to log into the community support area because I sign in with My Apple ID instead of a password. When I go to set my password, it says that I’ve been sent an email, but I have not received any emails for the reset or any of the Customer Support issues that I have sent via the app. I have tried to change my email address from the privet relay to my person one but am unable to do so. I really want to use this app, but it’s taking up so much time
