It’s a good app but it takes forever to get all my Pokémon in there. It would be easier if there was a way to link this up with my Pokémon GO app. When I catch new Pokémon it would automatically login to GOFieldGuide. GO Field Guide keeps track of everything for me all in one place: events, eggs, research, you name it. I wish I’d known about this sooner.

The checklists need some work. Sometimes the color change from unselected to selected is far too subtle. This makes the checklists unusable. Some of the icons are incorrect, too. For example, the icon for “raticate shiny” is really the icon for “raticate party hat”.

I’d like a way to “favorite” eggs and field research so that I could pull up those sections and easily see which ones I want. For example, there’s currently only 4 field research tasks I’m interested in, so I’d like to put those four at the top of the list when I’m in the field research section.

This application is great for event organization, planning, and has good details that are concise and are to the point. Things are listed easily in an organized and simple format and the banner notifications have been timed well and are highly helpful. But I do have a couple of complaints that would save this from a 4 rating:

1. Spelling, punctuation, and grammar — There could be a few lessons learned from this. Maybe would be good to review posts or appoint fluent English writers that may be able to present information in a better way.

2. Missing information within the Event Spawns section — Might be good to verify and include information for what will spawn during an event, along with what can be shiny or not shiny.

3. Adding personal notes to events — For instance, on the Cresselia Raids coming up soon, I would like a feature where I’d be able to add my own notes for what makes a good Cresselia or how many trainers in my group would be enough to defeat it handily.

Other than that, awesome application. No big gripes.

I absolutely love GOFieldGuide and highly recommend it! I started using it around a year ago after seeing a post made by one of the creators in a social media group I’m in. I was pretty happy with the variety of features offered at that point and glad to see it has only gotten better with time.

My favorite feature is the variety of checklists available. They are so helpful for keeping track catches such as shinys, shadows, regionals, and many more. It’s a handy tool for collectors and completionists like myself. The lists are easy to update, searchable, and can be saved right in GOFieldGuide for quick reference.

I love that way event dates and times are listed chronologically in one place for a quick high level overview with the option to tap on the event for additional details. It’s also great for staying up to date on raid bosses, egg pools, Ditto disguises, research tasks and so much more.

Very helpful app. I love it for researching stats, keeping up to date on raid bosses, research tasks, and more! I use it at least once a day while playing. It is always informative, correct, and up to days with the changing events and updates to the game. Thank you!!!

I like GOFieldGuide over others or silph road because it’s all categorized and easy to find! Highly recommend to everyone!

GOFieldGuide is a must for iPhone users who play pogo. The checklist is insanely useful as is all the event timers Only thing I wish it had was pictures of the Pokémon mainly the shinies instead of just a green silohoutte but it’s still not worth dropping to a 4 star review because of that. All pogo players need GOFieldGuide

GOFieldGuide is good when you need to do a hard task, so take example the Throwback Challenges, which has a lot of hard tasks. Like catch a ghost Pokémon or a ground Pokémon, which in dry area doesn’t appear at all. I hatch a lot of 7km eggs and got a Sableye. I own him one because I from the end of the event, I got a shiny Groundon. There also a list for friends request, and if you worried that you friends would get lost, just nickname them a fake name. I love GOFieldGuide. You can mark your events, there’s a Pokédex that is good for people who have to keep track of Pokémon, like all the shiny and the few dittos. It now up to date but I don’t care. It’s a amazing for a new journey in the realm of Pokémon.

I was using it to know what events where happening and it’s really helpful because now that I see the events I want I can just go to them, this is a really helpful app to use if you are like me and really want to get good Pokémon’s it will say when they start and when they finish.

I don’t usually write reviews for apps but this one is so awesome I had to. It helped clear up some of the things I found confusing in Pokémon Go. Plus having a checklist of all the Pokémon I’ve caught so far is very useful. Definitely one of my new favorite apps

Great guide that is loaded with features. Seems like anything you could possibly need to know to play the game is included. My favorite is the event timer. It’s handy knowing when events will start and end. Niantic has been throwing events at us and it helps to have a place where everything is included.

You couldn’t ask for much more! GOFieldGuide helps you keep everything up to date and organized. The sparce flaws are fixed almost immediately when reported and it is continuously updated. Great job!

This is the most helpful app to help keep up with the constantly changing game of Pokémon Go. GOFieldGuide is constantly updating to keep up with the most recent changes. App also has checklists for your Pokémon in addition to what events have happened, are happening, and will happen.

Awesome app. In game notifications have always been inconsistent for me. The event calendar in GOFieldGuide is awesome. I love knowing every thing that is going on and is coming up. Shiny checklist is also great, as well as the research encounters. No more googling everything every other day. Also, very responsive support team. I submitted a feature request and they responded very quickly and in detail. Not just some boiler plate response.

GOFieldGuide is amazing for Pokémon Go. No more be unsure about events or proper counters or anything. Some much game knowledge in here. GOFieldGuide has it all and is updated super quick after every bit of news. If you’re looking for a companion app to Pokémon go or feel like you’re behind everyone else on what’s going on then this is GOFieldGuide for you. Also it’s totally free? Couldn’t get better.

I’m VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE APPS SETUP AND LAYOUT! need to know what Pokémon are best for pvp each league need to know any of the events need to know tips on levels 40-50 need to know what movesets are the best for the Pokémon you’re wanting to use and gives you notifications about raid hours and stardust bonus and basically EVERYTHING YOU NEED OR WANT ITS IN GOFieldGuide! This is the perfect companion app for Pokémon Go. All of the references you need to play and raid are available right there in GOFieldGuide and it is updated DAILY. The people who run GOFieldGuide are also incredibly responsive to requests. If you feel like a feature is missing or if something is nit working like it should, just shoot them an email and they will add your feature for you! GOFieldGuide is a must have for any POGO players.

Great little app to keep you informed with loads of other aids to help your understanding of the game from boss counters to buddy distances and pokedex’s, shiny lists etc etc... GOFieldGuide is far more seasoned than it may appear to you. It got pulled from both App Stores for art infringement, issues has been corrected and now is back as good as ever. Sadly some 200k reviews have been lost. Thanks for making the effort to get it back in the stores!

I wish I had found GOFieldGuide sooner because it sure would have saved me a lot of time not having to google all this info!!😂
— One of the things I love the most is the Pokédex feature. It is really helpful that it shows you everything you need to know about the Pokémon, such as all the evolutions, best move sets, weaknesses/strengths, etc.
— I also love that you are able to add other trainers from around the world.
—Only thing I wish was different would be that the Pokémon actually appear as they should and not as an odd/ “off brand” drawing.🤷🏻‍♀️
—All in all though, GOFieldGuide is AMAZING!

It’s the best research game if you play Pokémon go every everything for dinner what bugs the most amazing thing ever I just I’m just so blown away I’m by the amazing thing is it does it tell you the best people PVP Pokémon and the best ones to put in the gym the ones you can trade in all of that it does it tells you almost everything about Pokémon go

I love GOFieldGuide so far. It’s very helpful with upcoming and current events & the checklists are amazing. The only other function I with you would incorporate is linking your PoGo account to the checklist so you don’t have to go through all them mon we’ve already collected

GOFieldGuide has so many useful timers and other features, plus the support team responds VERY quickly to any bugs and corrects them right away. Definitely worth using.

GOFieldGuide keeps you up to date with the latest Pokemon go events and is very helpful for keeping track of Pokemon because it has a checklist. It also has raid and shadow pokemon counters, which can be very useful.

GOFieldGuide is great for questions like, "How much longer is Heatran in raids?" , "What are the best counters for Shadow Snorlax?" , "Is community day this Sunday??" and many many more. A portable, quick reference guide for just about anything Pokemon Go related. Thanks for your work, Dev!

I have found GOFieldGuide is the easiest to use. It has great info on all the comings and goings. The add to calendar is especially useful. Please give it a try. I am sure u will not find a better all-in-one app

It has a variety of information from raid bosses to when Pokémon will change their spawn points. Also has a list of all Pokémon events! A useful app! You can also add other trainers all over the world!

Wow, all in one place. Tells you what events are coming with an awesome event timer, how long they will last, what to use for battling whom, honestly GOFieldGuide is so handy you can’t go wrong. It’s a must.
