Love the fact that the manual is specific to my car. Doesn’t confuse me with details about a feature I don’t have.

Love fact it is on my phone. So I can look up something I don’t do very often in seconds. Like setting the clock

I just registered an account so I can look up my car’s owner’s manual easily. When I log in it takes me to a screen where I guess I can add my car, but whenever I click the little add car button in the bottom right hand corner nothing happens. I try clicking the edit button in the upper right hand corner and still nothing. When I click the close button it completely logs me out so I have to go through the process of logging in again. I’ve also tried force closing BMWDriversGuide and relaunching it but the issue still persists. Not sure what the issue is.

Having everything at your fingertips via something you always have with you is very nice. Provides the owner all his/her’s car’s information via a platform that is always readable, even in the dark of night…when the information might save your life.

I was so glad I was able to go online and get the exact manual for my 335IS without iDrive. It’s nice to be able to read the instructions of the professional radio and the onboard computer without seeing all the confusing part of the iDrive app.

Just downloaded this and was quite excited to learn about my new car however the videos have no sound. I’ve tried a couple different options to get sound to play and nothing seems to work. I know these videos have audio because I have played them in the vehicle before. Hopefully someone can fix this soon.

Worthless!! Asks for the seven numbers of your vin. Comes back with “No manual found for that vin”. But gives you an option to download a demo version of a user manual. I am not happy, but I should use a manual that is not for my car... I’d be not happy every time I went to try and use it. Or I would never rely on it so there for I would never use it. Why would I have on my phone. Why not allow you to select your year and model!!! What a waste of time. Well BMW, at least you know how to make cars. Hire someone who knows how to develop an app.

The convenience of BMWDriversGuide is tremendous. I’m one of those that have always traditionally read the owner’s manual when purchasing a new car. So nice to be able to look things up on my phone whenever the mood strikes me. Easy to use and the videos that come with it are a plus. Nice job BMW!

BMWDriversGuide is very informative and easy to navigate. I purchased my BMW used and there was no manual in the car. Having this on my phone makes it much more convenient than having to have the actual manual with you at all times.

I use it all the time and every day. Great features. I use it for entering navigation addresses as it seems to be just so much easier. It lets me me know about my calendar events, guides me to their locations, let’s me control my car remotely if I need to. Excellent overall!

The car wash at my dealer uses a tremendous blast of air to dry the car.

This blast of air popped out the towing cover and ripped it off.

I noticed this when I walked around the car when I picked it up. The service attendant found the cover in a box of dozens that had blown off and picked up by the sweeper.

He put one with a good color match on the bumper for me.

I now examine the car more carefully after every car wash and pop it closed before it is lost again.

BMWDriversGuide has been so extremely helpful in the short time since I’ve purchased my vehicle. Definitely recommend to any BMW owner.

It doesn’t have hyperlinks so when it references something, if you don’t know where or what that is you have to leave the page and go search for it. Very frustrating to tell you to access something thru the control and you don’t even know where the control is!!

You guys are missing cars my car doesn’t show I get an error 1201, something like that, but if you guys could add the 1997 series 7 would be much look forward to

This was great and incredibly useful before they just decided to remove my car models manual for no reason. If it’s already there, why the he ll would you delete it?! Bmw is literally the worst designed and managed business I have ever had the absolute displeasure of experiencing. In every way. Who ever is in charge of car development is the stupidest person alive.

The apps are a big problem, some one broken into my car last night, i guess because BMWDriversGuide , they destroyed everything inside including the gloves compartment

Having the car manual at your fingertips can be useful. However, it lacked decent navigation and search capabilities.
The latest update made it completely unusable. Does not accept the login credentials and keeps asking to create a new account or reset password.... when they work just fine to login to the connected drive services.

BMWDriversGuide needs to have an option to search Google maps for example. Can’t search destinations. Or to ad an option through google maps to send to cars navigation.
Otherwise a 5* app. Fix this BMW

This really is a great replacement for paper manual. It is very easy to navigate.

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the technical specs aren't included.

Love to have it handy when I have a question about how to use the car functions!

This is an excellent way to not have to use the physical owners manual. However me being old school, I still prefer the physical copy as opposed to this even though I use this more.

This is an accurate and searchable version of the printed user manual. It is easier to read on an iPad than the tiny text in the printed version.

BMWDriversGuide has allowed me to access info on both of my cars wherever I am. It is easy to use and it contains valuable info.

After inputting VIN it downloaded manual. Worked perfect. My car was still being built and manual downloaded fine.

Very good instructions, but some pictures are simply missing. It shows the display without the symbol.

There is lots of handy info in this “e-manual”. However, sometimes it is kind of tricky to find specific info; ie, still can’t find how many speakers the sound system has. All in all, great stuff!

BMWDriversGuide has all small details explained for your car. Then, you will be surprised how sophisticated your car is.

Everything put in convenient concise format. Easy to reference.

Was very useful until it stopped working. Won’t accept my log-in or a password reset. Why is an online manual so difficult to access? My X5 is awesome and I just want to learn a little more about some features. But I shouldn’t be surprised since the BMW Connected app has never worked properly either.

After latest update, the new feature -bmw connected login screen-works only English.
I also tried to login after change my system language to English, It always fails.
Why do you need login feature to read my car’s manual in the first place?

Guidance is available for most functions but usually need hands-on with “genius” to master controls. Driver manual not enough by itself.
