Most users on VoloSports are going to be looking for a) standings b) schedule c) roster d) playoff schedule/bracket. Somehow in the new update it was decided to remove the option to see the standings. Roster and playoff schedule have never been available. So at this point this, all you can really see are the schedule and roster, but the roster is only available here once the season starts, yet if you go online you can see it as soon as you join a team.

PLEASE give VoloSports the same capabilities as the website. What is the point of having an app if I just have to use my phone and go look up the website for 3/4 of the information I need. Standings need to be added back, roster/group should be always available, not when team is made official, and playoff brackets and schedule should be able to be seen on VoloSports . It’s like the developers didn’t ask anyone who actually participated in these leagues to actually review it before releasing this terrible version.

BEWARE THIS LEAGUE:

This is NOT a social league, they will from the top say they care about safety and fair play, but in practice they could not care less. I have played 1 season and 2 games with this league and I have seen unsafe play. This includes cleating players so badly they are unable to walk, players grappling others by grabbing them by the neck, etc.

The referees they hire do not care, they will occasionally call fouls, but I have never seen a yellow or red card no matter how blatant the behavior was.

If you are okay with rough play, this shouldn’t be an issue, but if you are worried about you or your child getting seriously injured I would recommend looking for another league.

UPDATE:
received a call from VOLO today asking me to return to play. I informed them of my safety concerns around a player who injured two of my team mates. They declined to comment on the player and told me that they were “concerned.” With no action plan given or any reason to return other than hopefully thing will magically get better.

The kids may play for free in this league, but the hospital bills are not free, make sure you calculate that into the cost of playing in this league.

VoloSports is honestly a disaster. I have joined multiple league over last year and can never get VoloSports to work right. After this last update I have not been able to even log in. It says that I do not have an account, but when I log into to the volo website everything is fine. Honestly need to fix VoloSports before even making it a pivotal part of joining and playing in these leagues

Updated app but can’t see league tables or scores or goals scored or anything with VoloSports .. it’s just terrible

Playing soccer outside is great. Paying to play soccer on limited field space is not great, but understandable. Having to download this awful app to be allowed to play for soccer on a public space I somehow had to pay to play on is adding insult to injury.

There is so much useless information on VoloSports. I only care about when my game is. That is literally it. I had the schedule already saved in email so now I have VoloSports for the check in. It’s all very pointless. Just let tell the ref my name.

VoloSports is actually getting worse with each update and change to the user interface. Information that was previously easily visible is missing, VoloSports barely loads half the time and there’s too much emphasis on finding new leagues to register for than the most basic functions of knowing when your current leagues play, standings, etc.

Volo took over our sports league that our team has been playing in for 5 years. We were asked to download VoloSports and confirm whether we would show up to games and use it primarily for this reason. We scored one goal tonight and lost the game 2-1 because unbeknownst to our team, it was charity night and the other team paid 50 dollars for two goals. Poor communication from the business, choose another sports league.

The new update makes it difficult to find your teams home page. You have to click into each date which is just terrible design. You should just have a list of the leagues that you’re currently in without having to select each date that you play on.

Certain core functionality seems to not work. Navigating to the same page twice yields unexpectedly different results. RSVP-ing fails and requires multiple retries. Notifications to RSVP even when you already have. This is just overall clunky and not very refined.

As of April 2022, VoloSports has many bugs and glitches. I cannot sign in without VoloSports screen going blank. I have IOS 15.4

Hard to find scores & standings. Pls fix

For whatever reason, I’m still not able to open the chats, every time I try to open a chat VoloSports closes on me and yes my phone and VoloSports are running the latest version… Also if you really want people to engage on VoloSports, it would be nice to be able to make a profile so people can check their teammates and maybe be able to post some content or have links to our social networks. Also would be nice to see other teams scores, that way you know what to expect.

What’s the point of having VoloSports if it doesn’t announce cancellations?

I hate how you have to sign in every time after the new update. Also notification badges don’t seem to disappear. Otherwise it’s fine.

VoloSports helped me find new friends and play beach volleyball. They also remembered I had a credit from years ago!

I found VoloSports to be quite intuitive. The scanning feature was very innovative and efficient.

The Volo app has made it so easy to check my schedule, standings, and chat with my teammates!

The roster management tool very useful. Being able to manage RSVPs has been nice. I love how you can open up spots to be filled with subs.

Finding programs is strait forward.

Being able to chat with your team is pretty sweet feature too.

Volo is amazing! I wasn’t sure when I first got started, but once I started playing it has changed my life. I love the fact that my money goes to the kids and I’ve met some pretty amazing friends. VoloSports is pretty much the website version but it makes it faster. Play VOLO!

I’m not sure how VoloSports has a perfect rating. I downloaded VoloSports right when it came out and was able to enter my login credentials. But that’s all it’s able to do before crashing.

Since then every time I open VoloSports it crashes immediately. Tried re-installing and still unable to even use it. Completely unusable
