Weird and buggy

Decent design layout, can’t filter enough information like total units... keeps logging out and refreshes back to the Home Screen. Needs a bit more work on features and reliability

Sign up issues

I couldn’t even sign up. After entering name and email, a pop-up message says to verify email and the screen automatically switches to the sign in page. But then when I checked my email for the for the email verification message, it never arrived. I tried multiple times. Total waste of time.

Like the new design!

New app design is nice. It makes it easy to browse pictures and help with early stages of due diligence and underwriting.
It would be better if it had more inventory.

App makes no effort to be useful

Go to discover, map view. Tap on a listing. Card comes up and goes off the display. There’s no way to dismiss it — tapping off the card doesn’t work. Rotating the iPad to portrait mode simply results in a different part of the card being hidden. It’s like nobody tried to use TenXCommercialRealEstate at all. Also, all the pictures are blurry. A total waste of time.

Very poor site

This site is a disgrace. TenX has really lost their way. It’s a shame. The people who built the company “were” the heart and soul and made it a great platform but the majority were shown the door to line the pockets of the owners.
