I just purchased this with the free trial followed by monthly subscription, but it will not let me use the features. Anytime I try to add a family member, it kicks me back to the “select a plan” menu. If I select the plan again, it simply says, “you already have a subscription.” I’m stuck in a loop and can’t use this app. So frustrating. I tried closing & reopening. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling. Not sure how to get unstuck.

I downloaded the app and was offered a 3 day trial. Well nothing worked until I subscribed. So I subscribed for $9.99 for a month with the first 3 days free. The transaction went through and yet I still can’t add a member. It kept taking me to “Rate” the app. I then subscribed again for the cheaper 3 day at $4.99 still every option in app took me to “Rate” the app. I deleted the app twice on 2 different phones... same thing

Annoying to set up due to pop up screens asking for reviews and asking you for money over and over even though I paid for 6 months !!!! I am 3 days in and still can’t get the dang thing to stop asking for money!!!
