Waste of money. Can’t share screen, or stream movies or live feeds from safari, to LG Smart TV. Instructions don’t help and asked me to go LG Connect which my Smart TV doesn’t have but is has Smart Share, Miracast and WiDi…. Why can’t simple DLNA work here after paying the Pro subscription and when other apps do provide for free and stream most live videos?

I must have downloaded 20+ “casting” apps before stumbling upon this one. Others charge ridiculous subscription rates or flat out didn’t work. This one is simple and works like a charm.
Coming from an android eco-system I was looking for something simple to cast my photos and videos from my iPhone to my Chromecast powered devices. SendtoTVCastphotovideo worked right out of the gate and without any crazy lag. I tried the screen share and that works as well, but there was no sound. No biggie, I just wanted to be able to throw a web page or doodle pad (for Pictionary) on my tv and SendtoTVCastphotovideo does that perfectly. Don’t expect to screen share a flash vide stream well, but that is more a limitation with casting and iOS not SendtoTVCastphotovideo.
Ignore the negative reviews, and support the developer so SendtoTVCastphotovideo stays updated. I’m running iOS 16 on an iPhone 13.
