How to fix Snibble app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Snibble app on iPhone
Update Snibble app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Snibble iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Snibble on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Snibble network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Snibble Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Snibble not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Snibble App
1. On android, goto Settings » Snibble » click [Force Stop]

Update Snibble to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Snibble App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Snibble » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Snibble.

Fix Snibble unable to contact server/ Snibble internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Snibble » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Snibble » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
