Besides having to pay to even have a “global” (USD only) account (for each currency you have to pay another fee), there’s a very small transfer limit, very bad spread rate when compared to other banks like Wise, Inter or Nubank, you pay $20 just to transfer any amount to a different account, support is terrible, chat bot is even worse (I think - hard to tell when neither of them knows anything).
I never left an app review before, but this companies deserves it. Hopefully it will help others to look for better options (reason I didn’t was because none of them support receiving USD in my country without converting to my local currency). That’s lack of competition for you…

The app is horrible, their customer services is deplorable. Once I transferred money to the account, I can no longer access the account - which is only accessible through the app. For a bank app service, they should, at least, make sure the app works.

Worst bank app ever! I keep getting notifications that I have 26 unread messages but when I open my inbox it says I have no messages at all. So annoying I decided not to bring my money here.
