This app is a huge scam, I was taking the quiz on Instagram and somehow it charged me $60 twice. I don't even have the damn app on my phone. I have tried to contact them to cancel it and refund me and they send me to some chat where I have to - you guessed it- pay to chat with them. No thanks. I need a refund asap and am going to go after them for fraud. Think twice about even taking the quiz for this stupid scam
I did not sign up for a subscription and have been charged two times for $59. I want a refund and want this cancelled. I did not authorize these charges.

Hello, A purchase of 131.03 has gone to my visa but I have been with Glowbe for almost a year now and says will renew Oct 5 2022. The last couple of weeks I have not been able to access any exercises within app. It stays on the “Unlimited Access” with price options page and says I am already with the 72.99 a year that will renew Oct 5 2022. I have loved all of the classes I have taken inside the Glowbe app, I would 100% recommended this to everyone!
However, I have had some technical issues and was charged $60 then lost access to my personal course. I have emailed “customer support” numerous times with no reply. It seems like they respond to reviews so I’m hoping this will get their attention and I can get it figured out.
Like another review mentioned, the pricing is very confusing. It was advertised as $60 every two months which is incredibly exorbitant but now the app wants to charge me $60 a year which I can handle. But I do not want to pay another $60 when I already paid that and lost access one day later. I feel like they stole $60 from me.

This app is a scam. I took the quiz through the ad I saw in IG and signed up. I downloaded the app and read reviews while it downloaded that it was impossible to cancel subscription…I went into my subscriptions to cancel it and it doesn’t show up there and when I open the app and click cancel subscription it is greyed out and I haven’t gotten any confirmation email that it has been cancelled and if it doesn’t cancel I will get charged $60 in 2 days. This is a scam do not download it or sign up for it, it needs to be removed from the App Store..I have already filed a complaint with apple.

Pretty valuable content, but not worth the money. The subscription options are totally a scam. The week to week is overpriced at $10 a week. Thats 40 a month… wow must be very valuable, right?
Hmm… but a WHOLE YEAR is only 60? What a STEAL? Right? NO.
THIS COMPANY PREYS ON YOUR FORGETFULNESS TO ROPE YOU INTO PAYING A LUDICROUS AMOUNT UPFRONT BECAUSE THE PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO KEEP PEOPLE SUBSCRIBED FOR A FULL MONTH TO GET THEIR $40.
You think you’re getting a good deal on an expensive product… but you’re being tricked into paying more upfront for something that’s not that valuable. Maybe it is valuable content… but I didn’t have the chance to try it for very long to decide for myself.
I get it, I’m a sucker. You’re welcome, Glowbe. It’s my fault I didn’t cancel in time… but if your product was actually valuable enough you wouldn’t have to trick people with a manipulative trial offer.
