I have bought the app for the year and see the value in it. I have anxiety problems with the gym so having a organized plan I can refer to helps. I have seen progress and I have gotten stronger! But I’ve been struggling adding cardio. I do have the fitbit app for cardio options but honestly I would love to see them expand the app and track everything in one place. Still it’s wonderful. Thank you!

I’ve been lifting for 20 years now and have logged so many different ways and through so many apps… this app has been a breeze to use. Very impressed with the UI and the entire flow of the app. With the pro version I love how you can give certain criteria for a workout split and it will generate it for you with set progressions and RIR progressions week by week. Very handy app for trainers to send plans to clients and for hardcore or beginner workout enthusiasts.
