1 year agoI read sereral comments about trying to cancel the subscription to Everlook Face & Body Editor App which is a problem. I also want to cancel as well as get a refund for the charges that I did not approve. I only wanted to do a trial period and later tried to cansel with no success. They do it have the right prompts to choose for doing so you can cancel. I would like some more information and assistance from Everlook to resolve these issues.

1 year agoHi. I tried numerous times to cancel my subscription. The app does not give an option to cancel. I never renewed my subscription but it keeps charging me every month. Please cancel my subscription abd issue refund for all charges.

1 year agoWhy you have no “cancel subscription” in the Apple ID subscription setting like other apps? Cancel my subscription immediately please. And you charged me before the previous subscription period ends! Be careful people.

3 years agoThe scroller thing like freezes and doesn’t work and then works, and then doesn’t. It’s frustrating I have to stay on one selection for 5 minutes until it works

I wanted to find a basic photo editing app and this one seemed pretty nice. Soon I learned otherwise. All of the good features are locked and you can’t use them unless you pay. The dark circle remover does not work and it makes you look like you blurred the bottoms of your eyes. The photos come with a watermark, and you have to pay to remove it. You can’t use anything good. Every two seconds it asks you to buy their subscription and it’s super annoying. The hair you can put on yourself looks fake and does not fit your face shape. I’m dissatisfied with this app and will be uninstalling it.

additional charges during subscription
A week after I paid for the subscription, they actually had the nerve to suddenly add a watermark to my edited photos that basically say the photos are edited. And they made it so that I have to pay extra money to have it removed. This seems very backhanded and thieving to me. And it makes me wonder if this sort of thing is a regular practice of there’s to keep getting extra money from their paying subscribers.

Love the app hate the crashes
I absolutely Love the editing features on this app I do think the blurred feature could be better for the background as sometimes it really doesn’t get around you very well however this app crashes more often than it’s worse which is unfortunate considering you pay for the app in order to use it so I feel like sometimes you just don’t get your moneys worth. It tells you if you have an issue to reach out so you do with little to no response.
