TOTAL RIP OFF DO NOT USE!!
I purchased this because I thought it was going to give me a “narrative tour”as I drove around Gettysburg. When I first inquired about it, that is what I asked and that is what I was led to believe.I really could not understand the person that was speaking with me with very well and I don’t think they understood my English I was asked how many people and I answered 3 of us in a car as it turned out it’s basically a GPS why would I pay $8 per person if we are all in my car with “no narrative”as I’m driving around?? $24 for absolutely nothing. I never used the service that was downloaded from the apple store Knowing that I was dealing with customer service obviously that was outside of the US I didn’t request a refund because I knew I would not get it. Very disappointed in the outsourcing of an American site of honor and history also when you call the provided phone number no answers and a recording stated “ no one is available right now. So when you hang up, they call you right back within a minute or two so that your data is used for the call

I paid $25 for a driving tour of LA celebrity homes. Out of over 100 audio play points in the journey, less than 20 were for celebrity homes and several instructed me to drive down streets marked as private property.
The directions were awful… Sometimes they’d be provided, sometimes they weren’t. Crucial turns were described as “proceed straight” or ignored altogether. I found myself staring at the map, which would constantly disappear as my phone screen went to sleep since the app doesn’t allow for persistent unlock. Descriptions of homes’ locations were just as dismal. “Behind the hedges” was a frequent descriptor of how to find a home. Every home in Beverly Hills has tall hedges. My Google Maps pointed out more celebrity homes that were ON THE SAME ROADS that this narration completely ignored.
This was a total waste of my time and money and I wish I could get a refund.

We used the app for the sled-drive auto tour at Gettysburg. Once on the tour route the app worked well with starting the videos when points of interest were reached. The audio was clear and informative.
Where it got frustrating is when the app said to click learn more for more information on the point of interest. If you didn’t click learn more before the point of interest video ended, the link disappears with no easy way to get it back. The same is true when trying to advance through several learn more videos. If you don’t hit the link before the current video ends, it goes back to the map with no easy way to access the videos. You could get back to the video for a point of interest and then get to the learn more videos, but that’s not how an app like this should work.
I’m sure the developer would ask why I didn’t contact their support. Once on the tour, the last thing I wanted to do was pull over and call support or chat in the app. I’m not pointing out anything that’s difficult to fix and should have been built in to the app in the first place. How about an index of all the videos with links to go directly to them?
